The breakfast was great,

The stairs were awful!

We had a lovely time and this was definitely the best place we stayed during our time in Italy. I love our room and the private terrace upstairs. The room is so beautiful and well decorated. I was obsessed with the stone arched ceiling! The bed was really comfortable as so were the pillows. The location is perfect, 2 to 5 min walk and you’re where all the restaurants and cafes are.

Great location just outside the noisy areas. Very short walk to the marina area and main dining street. Apartment is very spacious.

We got the apartment on the ground floor, which is on the street level. At night, it was at times noisy because people were chatting and laughing right outside the doorway.

Very stylish and confortable! Close to the Center altough enough distance to the " loudness". Nice and helpful stuff. Definetly a recomandation.

The room is equipped with everything you need, very very clean and welcoming. Fiorenza was so nice and helpful. Also we had a great breakfast.

The only thing we didn’t like was the door near our bed, that connects two rooms. The first night was okay, but the next day we couldn’t rest and sleep all day till midnight from the noise the other room was making with the TV on and music. Anyway except this, everything else was great.

My daughter and I had a great stay at this lovely property. We stayed in ‘Cobalto’ which is the Family room with a Private Terrace. Every thing was perfect and the location was very central to the old town of Polignano. Enjoyed using the private terrace with the whirlpool after busy sightseeing days. The owner, Fiorenza, was very helpful with check-in information on our arrival day and sent through a useful guide to restaurants, beaches etc. Would definitely stay at Be Welcome Rooms again if visiting Puglia in the future.

Amazing! The room was beautiful and impeccably clean in the perfect location. We had a great breakfast in a charming nearby restaurant. Fiorenza was just amazing and so helpful, she also booked us a wonderful boat tour of the caves which I highly recommend. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property and look forward to coming back!

a fairly small but well-equipped room with access to a private balcony steep staircase to the room and again to the balcony. Difficult to access if you have heavy luggage. we got breakfast tickets to a bar at a nice square in the old part of the city, and the breakfast provided was of high quality

Even though I had sent all kinds of information to B-Welcome about our passport numbers, birthdays, our expected arrival time etc. to make an online check-in, we stood in front of a closed door at the scheduled time without a code to open the front door and the door to our room. No SMS, and no e-mail via Booking.com with the required information, just a suggestion to set up a What´s App... Luckily an elderly man, who knew the owner or administrator, approached us at the street, found her phone number, called her and asked her to show up and help us carry the luggage to our room at the second floor. We had no phone number to her or the company she represents. That was a bad start of our stay spending nearly an hour at the street....We asked her to assist us with the heavy luggage when we were going to leave for the Bari airport two days later, and we had to wait for her 10 minutes after the scheduled time....

Owner was amazing and so accomodating including making up spare bed for my brother who was staying with me despite error on my side on booking. The design of rooms were amazing as were the facilities in room as was the rooftop hot tub and sun loungers which we used as I was preparing to get married! Also great feee breakfast provided in a cafe down the road!

The room looks exactly like the pictures. It is brand new with and comfortabel. The hosts are kind and respond very fast on messages.

We had some bad luck with construction work during our stay. Can happen ofcourse. Sadly for us they began work in the morning around 08.30 (when on holiday you hope sometimes to rest a bit) The walls on the other hand are too thin. When you can hear exactly hear what people are saying you know the walls are too thin. We had some bad luck with nosy neigbours who were watching movies untill 02.00, so we were enjoying these movies also untill 02.00. Would sadly not stay again because of the noise we had experienced.

I was blown away when I arrived at the property. After 5 weeks backpacking and sharing dorm rooms it was exactly what I needed. The space was gorgeous and the most amazing location. Everything you could have needed was provided in the room including complimentary drinks and a coffee machine. The private terrace with jacuzzi was such a luxury! Fiorenza was lovely and super helpful. She had a lot of tips and information that she shared and very kindly also had the room ready for me a couple hours before the usual check in time.

I had the pleasure of staying in a property in Polignano a Mare recently, and I can't praise and recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a fantastic accommodation in this enchanting location. The location of the property was excellent, offering breathtaking views of the sea and easy access to the charming town center. The room itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. It exceeded all my expectations. One of the highlights of my stay was the jacuzzi in the room. It was a luxurious touch that added a whole new level of relaxation to my experience. Sitting in the jacuzzi, sipping a glass of wine, and enjoying the panoramic views from the terrace was a truly unforgettable moment. Speaking of the terrace, it was a stunning space to unwind and take in the beauty of Polignano a Mare. The panoramic views of the sea and the town were simply breathtaking. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or watch the sunset. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I felt well taken care of. Fiorenza was amazing!!! Overall, my experience at this property in Polignano a Mare was beyond exceptional. The combination of the excellent location, clean and spacious room with a jacuzzi, and the breathtaking terrace made for an unforgettable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Some noise could be heard coming from the other rooms.

Location was fabulous, room was gorgeous and the bed was incredibly comfy. Also loved the private terrace with jacuzzi that was included with the particular room we booked (highly recommend booking one of the rooms with a private terrace). Our host also went above and beyond to provide us with recommendations for restaurants, bars etc. I highly recommend checking out the places in her guide.
