The damp smell from the bathroom - it would be great if you could improve that, but I realise that it is probably very difficult in historic buildings

Bathroom had a bad smell and during the bath water would easily spill to the floor. These issues could be handled, but should be fixed.

The wifi was slow, bed was more firm than preferable, and reception was not 24/7 but they were responsive via messages. No breakfast is provided but there are plenty of local options.

I will not deduct points for this, but I really cannot understand why the city tax cant be included on the final price. Being asked for extra money and for some reason only on cash was kind of weird. Dont say it's wrong, just not the way Im used to do it. Also beware for the entrance, it's easy to miss it, if it comes to that just call the hotel.

Very nice location, clean rooms and a very nice rooftop, something that was imporant when booking in Rome. We didn't need our room to be cleaned on the first night and the small chocolate as a "thank you" was also nice. The bathroom was very good and comfortable and the same goes for the beds

Small room, really small bathroom, awkward and tiny shower. Located on 3rd floor (don't believe we were given an option? lots of stairs. no full time reception. Hard mattress.

Amazing location, in the fashion district, 4 blocks from piazza del popolo one way and 4 blocks from the Spanish steps the other way. Walking distance to all the big sites.cool roof deck though not comfortable seats. Decent price.

Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs (we stayed at the 4th floor). No lobby - we thought it would be more like a hotel but it’s more like an apartment hotel without kitchen.

Location of the hotel was perfect, very central. Cleaning was good.

There is no lift, we were ok as we have light luggage and we stay on the first floor but someone with heavy luggage and top room may struggle. The staff is very helpful though.

My room was tiny (except the bathroom that was very nice) and the air conditioning was very very noisy. Perhaps more options for food in the minibar since breakfast isn't included. I am not sure it was good value for money, given the tiny room and lack of included breakfast.
