The beach is nice. The overall estate literally has everything you need. Good beds and green place.

The hotel is old and needs lots of renovations but small details can have big impact. The pool is amazing. The beach also. The amenities like the playground and courts are not even visible or welcoming. There is no signs really. Some Rooms look over the backside area where rubbish is taken etc. The all inclusive does not include espresso which I find bad. Food is average. Very average. I expected better pizza. You don’t need better bread but you can cover it so it’s more fresh for longer. Bowls for cornflakes? The variety was decent but I expected much more from the breakfast. No EV charging and large parking but a bit long walk to get there. Hotel staff is kind. But very slow on check in check out. The cleaning should be a bit more thorough throughout the hotel. I would visit again if the hotel became more attractive.

The hotel is located in a beautiful nature garden with deers and other animals walking freely. The rooms with garden view are very quiet. The beach is clean and nice and there are enough sunbeds for the hotel guests. There are plenty of animation activities both for kids and adults. The food is delicious and abundant, there is a snack bar at the pool and at the beach, which provides food and drinks all day long.

Animation lasts until 11 pm and may be a bit loud for the rooms facing the pool/sea. The bathroom looks old and shabby and needs renovation. The beach is sandy but there are pebbles right on walking into the sea (requires aqua shoes).

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The food choice was ok. The deers at the backside of the building were adorable. We enjoyed playing table tennis with our own equipment. The location was generally very convenient.

Generally we were surprised when we were told during checkin that we are in the "Soft All Inclusive" formula who have no access to certain amenities such as first two rows on the beach, outside seating area during lunch and dinner, and that drinks such as wine and coffee were from dispensers. The building and room were dirty and haven't been maintained in a long time. The room and bathroom were showing mold. The balcony (which was in the room description) was a bit of a joke compared to the marketing images. There was trash everywhere. One could hear the neighbours showering and flushing of the toilet to an extent that we thought the water is going to come through the ceiling. The beach was packed and 3 rows of sun chairs were cramped side by side. It was the least pleasant I have seen and hence we didn't attempt to rest and recover at the beach. The same was valid for the pool area. The restaurant was packed and loud. We were not allowed to use the outside seating area, because those were reserved for VIP guests. Coffee and wine was given out of machines from dispensers. The coffee quality was beyond words. There was no service for anything, apart from table cleaning. The quality of the food was ok, the choice large enough. But due to being stuck indoors with hundreds and hundreds of people and children, the noise level made us eat quick and get out of there. No help was given with the luggages. I guess it's not part of the hotel service. The staff was ok, but not overly friendly either. Overall, this hotel is not a 4 star and considering the daily rate we paid, it's the worst value-money-ratio we have come across in a very long time.

Private beach is nice. Big pool enough for everyone. The surroudings are nice for a walk after dinner. Enough parking space for everyone. Plenty of activities that can be booked at the hotel. Lots of activities for the kids.

The hotel is old and needs investment. For that price i was expecting something better. The rooms are ok in size, but there is not even one power outlet near the bed, and all of them are at the oposite end. The bathrooms are very old with the toilet, sink, shower etç are very old, yellowed and full of limestone, it looks like a bathroom from the 80's that never seen an upgrade. There was a hidden tax of 10€/person/day of "beach and pool service" which is not mentioned on the reservation and you have to pay regardless and no one could explain me why.

Food was very delicious and staff was very nice

The property was old, partially renovated. The restrooms, toilets and showers were old and not renovated. The sunbeds were limited. The sea side was rocky and the sea waters not like expexcted in Sardina. Was not value the money since we had to buy water because from the dispencer was like drinking from a pond

Close to the beach Pool events all day Good if you have kids Large rooms

Very stiff bed Some staff in the restaurant were very rude (especially the one who served the large meat and fish every day). I asked what the sauce is in english, he didn’t reply and i said do you speak english? He said no and started shouting in Italian and speaking very rude. The other day i asked for more fish from him and he started yelling again. Also the food was not very tasty every day.

    1. Overall helpful and friendly staff (e.g. they were quick to sort most issues we experienced there) 2. We got a refurbished room with a nice view 3. Great selection of food for lunches and dinners 4. The hotel has its own beach with free of charge sunbeds and umbrella for hotel guests 5. Free parking space for hotel guests with a gate and a guard 5. Our bedroom and dinning area were always cleaned well 6. Big reception area 7. Beautiful green spaces/ nature around the hotel

    1. While the hotel looks nice and has a potential, it seems it hasn’t been thoroughly refurbished in decades. Some areas and rooms have been refurbished recently, but it all requires more thorough maintenance. 2. While it is great that the hotel has its private beach, pictures of the beach on Booking.com website do not realistically present the beach. It looks much better than it is - it does not have the crystal clear azzurre blue colour of the sea one would expect. 3. It was very annoying that a coffee and tea (and some soft juices) were only available during breakfast. These weren’t included in full boarding after 9:30am. Similarly, still water from dispenser had an awful taste so we were always buying bottled water from the only shop in the area (which for this reason was more expensive than the standard) 4. Communication with the reception/ receptionists could have been much better/ quicker/ smoother: it only operated via WhatsApp chat, which meant that it was always delayed. For any quick issues, I had to go to the reception which was absurd. They should be responding to phone calls. Similarly, prior to our arrival, they did not respond to my messages on Booking.com app at all, which made us feel quite anxious and certainly left us in doubt about several things. Booking.com wasn’t responding to the messages either which was quite unprofessional from Booking too. 5. Some areas of the hotel could have been cleaned better, for example our terrace (it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time) 6. Reservations for the sunbeds and umbrellas (particularly the first 3 rows) were charged about 150€ and 120€ a week. We always managed to find free ones, but it was annoying and inconvenient. Moreover this was not written in the description on the website which was misleading to hotel guests who were expecting this free of charge at all times. 7.

All the meals were amazing, especially lunch and dinner. Fresh and tasty meals, lots of pasta and pizza, but also variety of meats and salads. Fruits and desserts also. Every meal was impeccable. The beach is beautiful and clean, water is warm, and the nature is just beautiful. The hotel is surrounded by a forest. There is a lot of activities with the animators, amazing for children. Would definitely return here.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The toilet could use a renovation.

    Food, surroundings.

Advertised Spa but closed. Took passports in reception. Forgot to give/get back although asked receptionist, he was focused on the room tax payment. Uncontactable via phone and hung up when I got through although I could hear the receptionists talking.. Bus to go back on strike. Currently heading back there in a car to get my passports with no way to contact them without going there. Bad end to the holiday.

Nice pools, good location, good food.

I really don't like to complain about anything during my holidays, but in this case is absolutely necessary so that other tourists don't have the same experience. We received rooms 1030 and 1034 (at level 0) and in both our rooms there were bugs (even in the bed, on the pillows), ants and many, many mosquitos. We tried to change the rooms, but only after we took photos and videos of the bugs crawling in our beds the staff changed our rooms with 2 rooms on the third floor with no bugs, but with no AC. They gave us 2 fans and promised we will receive better rooms for the last 4 days of our staying. Indeed, the rooms we received after 2 more days were much better, but I still can't imagine how any guest could stay in those rooms from level 0. Also, the manager didn’t even speak to us, we received no apologize at all. So, if you really want to stay in this hotel, don't accept rooms on the level 0! Unfortunately, I can't add videos to this review, but the photos show the bugs în our beds and all over the floor.

The hotel is set within a natural park, surrounded by beautiful scenery – flowering bushes, palm trees, and lush greenery. The beach is just steps away from the hotel, with plenty of sunbeds available for guests. There are two children's pools and one large pool for adults, providing something for everyone. The Taverna pool bar offers a great selection of delicious food and drinks throughout the day. Meals at the main restaurant were also very good, with a nice variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff were lovely and welcoming, especially those organizing games and activities for the kids – they did a fantastic job creating a fun and friendly atmosphere.

The building and facilities are quite old and worn down, which is evident in the rooms and common areas. It would really need some renovations. However, the bed and pillows were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. There was an older gentleman at the Taverna bar who enforced the rules rather strictly, which stood in stark contrast to the more relaxed and friendly attitude of the other staff members. The property is quite large, and it felt like there wasn’t enough staff to properly maintain the gardens and pathways, which appeared somewhat neglected. It is not visible from the pictures, but although the beach is a sandy beach, the entrance is with rocks. So better take water shoes with you. There were no bath robe or slippers in the room as well as basic hygene products (cotton swabs and pads, lotion), only 2in1 shampoo/shower gel and soap. Although the first impression wasn’t the best, the place eventually really grows on you and at the end the I had a feeling of a good holiday.
