We missed the blankets.

Location of the hotel. The tram stop is not far from hotel. We have really enjoyed restaurant 2 Fratelli and bars nearby. The breakfast was perfect.

The rooms were a comfortable size and clean, and the bathrooms really nicely designed for our purposes. Excellent breakfast for families with a big range of foods. It was at the edge of the city but right at a tram that went directly into the centre of Milan. The front of house staff were the highlight, friendly, warm, and very helpful.

Noise isolation is weak, so you suffer from neighbours' noise during the entire night.

There wasn't much soundproofing in the area of the hotel I was in, so it was quite loud with anyone passing in the corridor or outside, but I had earplugs with me so it wasn't such an issue for me. It was quite far from the city center, especially when travelling late at night.

It was easy enough to get to the hotel by public transport, the tram near Cadorna train station took about half an hour and the Via Ornato stop was only a few minutes walk from the hotel. There was a 24 hour reception so I appreciated that I was able to check in when I arrived after 11pm following a late flight. I hadn't booked breakfast beforehand but it was no issue to add it to my payment when I arrived. The room was small but all I needed for a one night stay, with ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of options of cereals, breads and pastries, including vegan options like soya milk for tea and coffee.

The double bed was actually two single beds put together. Heads up, that you have to pay tourist tax to the accommodation when you arrive.

Easy check-in, the AC was convenient as we visited in the peak summer, lots of shops nearby and there was a nearby park with lovely views for the runners and walkers. The hotel also offers an affordable breakfast that was delicious.

There was quite a lot of construction work taking place in the hotel, this was quite loud and frustating especially in the mornings (I understand it's not necessarily the hotel's fault) the door handle wasn't working properly, it meant I had to slam the door whenever I wanted to close it. There was also nowhere to properly hang a towel in the bathroom.

Staff were really so lovely, everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right next to a tram connection which will take 5-10mins to take you to the metro. Shower was great and the room was equipped with everything you would expect from a hotel of this level.

I didnt like how ambiguous the free breakfast situation was. Originally when i booked i had the option to have a free breakfast. Later on that option dissappeared from my booking,i do not know why. The staff told me that i had the option for a free breakfast on any day i choose (only one as described). I had it the next morning yet when i checked out i was asked to pay for it.

I liked how friendly the staff was. They were more than happy to help around the clock and i felt very good talking to everyone. The room was good,it was small but it wasnt an issue for me. The wifi was indeed super fast which was good.

The bed was comfortable, also the staff was very kind, we were able to understand each other with English which is rarity in Italy, except when we had to do the check out, he knew a little bit English and told us we have to pay for the extra breakfast, which we didn't use nor requested, we only requested breakfast for the second morning and we paid the previous night, we also told the boy which was on shift that if we want more breakfast we would pay of course. Otherwise it was fair

The economy rooms are far, and there are several flights of stairs to go up. If you had luggage, then this is a workout. The staff did not offer to help, so if you have any mobility issues, this may be a problem. Also, there was a large leak during breakfast.

The room was really clean. Exceptional breakfast. We were with two kids and really love the area near the hotel - very green with several playgrounds. We stayed at building B and at night it was so quiet, no noises at all.

Bathroom was not fully clean. Still some hair on the floor. Shower cabin also looks old and has some limescale. Some of the furniture looked worn out so it could use some renewal.

Breakfast was good, the room was spacious and good looking. The neighbourhood is quite outside of the city centre, but easily reachable by public transportation. Loved the late check-out and the friendliness of staff was exceptional!
