The house was very comfortable and the host was incredibly thoughtful. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Two days before arrival, our group size suddenly increased, and the host kindly arranged an extra bed for us. We really appreciated the hospitality!

The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked very well (we visited during a heat wave). The location was phenomenal, so many great restaurants nearby. Staff responded quickly to address plumbing issues we had which was great!

The mattresses were very uncomfortable. They were completely worn out. We had a double bed and an extra bed, and all of them were very uncomfortable. When you spend 12+ hours walking and touring the city, the only thing you want in the evening is a comfortable bed.

Location, room size, amanities! It has beautiful view from the balcony to Trastavere quarter. It was very clean and tidy, which I greatly appreciate. It also has a shared kitchen and living room with a coffee machine and all necessary amenities. The entrance was pretty easy. The staff was very pleasant and hospitable. It was good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean and very well organized — everything was in perfect order and made us feel comfortable right away. The view was absolutely beautiful, which added a special touch to the experience. We really enjoyed our stay at this suite in a wonderful area of Rome! The suite is a great value for your money. Check in was really easy and we loved staying in the area. The host was very helpful and helped us check in early which allowed us to spend extra time in the city! The host also helped coordinate a cab for us for an early departure to the airport. The room itself was basic but had great ac which was very appreciated during the Rome heat. We would highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly rebook next time we were in Rome.

On Friday night it was extremely noisy (loud music coming from somewhere across the street) and even with ear plugs is was difficult to fall asleep. The neighbors from Apartment No. 2 were noisy as well but I guess that was just bad luck. During the night and early in the morning we heard extremely loud noises sounding like drilling. We figured later that it must be the toilet flush from above (although it didn’t sound like that at all) because it was at all times of the night and the building is old.

The location is very convenient and in a not so touristy area of Trastevere. Close to the bus station and the tram. The instructions sent by the Guest House staff were clear and detailed. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable.
