The location was beautiful, near San Teodoro city centre. The view from the B&B was breathtaking and the staff were friendly and recommended some very good places. The shower was very nice, as was the pool area.

Way too overpriced for what is offered. The breakfast, although it had a few homemade cakes, was overall disappointing as it offered mostly cheap biscuits and snacks from a low-quality Italian supermarket.

Breakfast was lovely and the views are amazing from the property. The family were very helpful.

I did not find the notices of the rules very welcoming (maybe they could be reworded).

Marco and his family are extraordinary. Thanks to them we had a perfect stay in a quiet villa with a beautiful view. Breakfast was prepared by them and delicious, they are very caring and dedicated so all guests can have a nice time. Pool is very clean, all the location and soroundings is clean and beautiful. Impressed with the care and dedication for the guests and the beauty of the place.

Very friendly staff. They offer some snacks in the bedroom and each room has a private terrace. The facilities are very clean and the property offers private parking. The pool was also nice for a late afternoon swim. The breakfast is very good and fresh (sweet and savoury options).

Beautiful quiet place with great views! Awesome breakfast. Marko was super attentive with all the details. Quiet and yet super close to restaurants, stores, just minutes away from the heart of San Teodoro.

Incredible quiet location, beautiful house and gardens with amazing views from everywhere. Marco is a gracious host with good recommendations. Breakfast buffet was magnificent - everything you could possibly want including Francy’s delicious homemade baked goods which were outstanding!

Mosquito nets would be a great addition.

The owners of the property were lovely and kind and provided an exceptional breakfast and made us feel very welcome and at home.

It was not directly in San Theodore but a short 8 min drive into town. So you do need a car.

I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. They were always attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable and seamless throughout. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with breathtaking views and provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. One of the highlights is the breakfast (it had it all), and the atmosphere on the terrace made it a pleasant way to begin the day. Also the location of the property is ideal. Strongly recommend!

Fabulous accommodation in a quiet location not far from San Teodoro with beautiful views over the coast and the surrounding hills. You do need a car to get here. It was great to be away from the hustle of San Teodoro. Beaches were not far away, and easy to drive to. Friendly and helpful owners, wonderful breakfast, comfortable room with balcony, lovely swimming pool, we really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to return. So lovely to have a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea!!

Amazing , great stay!

The location - a quiet, peaceful oasis outside the busy areas nearby. Room, terrace, swimming pool - all clean; breakfasts - delicious experiences with fresh local goodies. Very good communication with the hosts - a high level of hospitality felt the whole week spent there.

Beautiful setting, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed an evening trip to San Teodoro for dinner. Need for a car to visit but easily accessed with a number of beaches close by.

All was perfect. Beautiful villa next to the best beaches, good restaurants and vineyard. Marco and his family was very nice, welcoming, we had very good stay. They provide good breakfast, which is rare in Italy, paying attention to the details in the room and on the property. Stunning view, enough parking space. Would recommend absolutely.

Was espectacular! More than expected . The owners are the most worried about all our experience in San Teodoro. Also, te place it’s beautiful and the breakfast was delicious and you can also ask for any assistance. Was our honeymoon and they make the experience more special.

We felt lost at check-in and check-out, not enough information was given about the procedure. A bit hard to operate the shower, and took a long time for hot water to arrive.
