Delightful property, very tasteful, great breakfast, gracious host.

The design and layout were excellent

Great location and really clean rooms. The bathrooms had a selection of lovely products and the fridge was well stocked with free drinks, soft drinks, water, beer and juices. We were blown away by the breakfast that the owner made us, it was an incredible spread with gorgeous home made items like pistachio cakes, fresh bread and cheese cakes.

As another reviewer commented, the pillows are extremely hard. Sounds like a frivolous comment but it’s difficult to sleep as the pillows don’t have any give to them so it makes for an uncomfortable sleep.

Apsolutely everything. We were able to check-in early. Had surprise fruit and bubbles. Amazing spotless room. Quirky touches all over the property. Breakfast amazing. A true feast. Lively areas to sit outside. Tips for places to eat out. Rosella was the perfect host and her lovely husband Roberto even dropped us at cruise port when we were unsure how to get there. They could not be more attentive. Has to be the best BB stayed in and would recommend anyone to stay there. Blown away x x x

Apsolutely nothing.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this B&B within walking distance to historic city of Ravenna. Rosella and her husband were gracious hosts and I will stay here whenever I am in Ravenna. The breakfast was phenomenal!!!!

Very well situated appartement, in the heart of the city, at walkable distance from the major attractions, restaurants. The host provided us with good recommendations in the city, where to eat, she gave us a short introduction to her very beautiful decorated appartement. The breakfast was extraordinary. Private parking also available.

The breakfast was amazing. The place was spotlessly clean. Wouldn’t change anything.

The location of the property was perfect for walking into town and the private parking was great because it meant we didn't have to completely unload the car(we're on a 6 week European road trip so lots of luggage). Our room was well furnished and had everything we needed. There was a garden that guests could sit in if they wanted to. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and even lots of gluten free choices to cater for my personal dietary needs. Beautiful pastries, rolls etc, etc.

Everything was absolutely perfectly perfect! Great new, spotlessly clean premisses in the center of Ravenna, very kind host, parking nearby and an extraodinary five-star breakfast that exceeded all our expectations! Highly recommend it!

Rosella's place feels like a cozy home. She is the perfect host, from arrival until departure, welcomes her guests, makes sure they are informed about everything in the B&B and in Ravenna. The room is very comfortable, perfectly clean, modern style and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is incredibly!

Beautiful spacious room, nicely decorated with a large comfortable bed. Room and bathroom were immaculate. Lovely enclosed patio that was perfect for enjoying wine and a cannoli in the evening. Excellent location -easy, safe walk to the historic town. Great restaurants very close. Rossella was very welcoming , helpful and friendly. We had a Wonderful, over the top excellent , homemade breakfast each morning. Delicious!! We cannot wait to return. Thanks Rossella!

Everything was wonderful

This is a very special B&B: the rooms are comfortable, beautifully clean, stylish and with great decor. Such a wonderful attention to detail. The breakfast was actually breathtaking: we have never seen such a spread. It looks so beautiful you almost don’t want to eat it! It is easy to walk to the sights in Ravenna from the B&B and we also appreciated the warm welcome we were given. Altogether a wonderful experience!

The location was central and perfect for exploring the important attractions in Ravenna. The breakfast was very generous, and beautifully presented.

Nothing, this accommodation option is exceptional. Rosella is very friendly and helpful, and goes out of her way to ensure that the needs of guests in her apartments are met.

A fantastic B&B with well designed and very comfy rooms and the best breakfast I’ve had including in 5 star hotels! Rossella the host, is amazing - kind, friendly, flexible and a great communicator - and she puts so many small touches to the stay that make such a difference
