- I first planned to stay here in May and the cancellation process was very difficult - you needs 4 keys to access to room, which can be a bit complicated

The street was very noisey. But hotel is on a Main Street so to be expected. Breakfast is very simple with mainly packet food items.

I loved the hosts. They were very helpful and friendly. The instructions to get to the hotel from the airport were precise and easy to follow. It was very easy to get there from the airport by train and then a short tram ride. Room was clean, big and comfortable. There was heating, which was great to warm up the room in the evenings. I was given a wonderful itinerary of places to visit throughout the city My favourite part was wandering around the streets of Trastevere at different times of the day.

Fabio and hús wife was really helpful and nice, Fabio told us everything about Rome. I can’t eat gluten, they gave me a lot of glutenfree bread for breakfast and also recommended gluten free restaurants in Rome.

You will be welcomed by the warmest, friendliest hosts at this well positioned B&B. Only a few bus stops straight up the street from Trastevere Station and an easy walk to absolutely everything that Trastevere and central Rome has to offer (but just out of the hustle and bustle). As a solo, older, female traveller I felt super comfortable, safe and secure staying here. I had a balcony room with Cafe table and chairs outside to watch the street life. After sightseeing all day it was lovely to relax on the big, comfy bed and watch a movie. If you're too tired to go far to eat there's a bar (cafe), pizza restaurant, Japanese Ramen House, Italian Regional Gourmet food store and a mini market all downstairs. I ended up spending an entire week at this B&B, I loved it and will stay here again.

We are very pleased with our stay. Ximena and Fabio are very kind, helpful and friendly owners. The room was perfectly clean, the kitchen is 24h open to self-service, the apartment's entrance was safe with a locked door. Ximena gave us very good and tasteful tips to walk around and eat. Thank you so much! Will definitely stay here again!

Minor issue in morning to find kitchen area had run out of tea and cups, stock in cupboard would be appreciated.

Good location in Trastevere district, bars and restaurants near. 20 minute walk over bridge into ancient Rome city. Comfortable room, undisturbed sleep, convenient access to kitchen area for snacks and drinks. Photo from Treefolk pub nearby. Friendly team - thanks.

Room is good but bathroom is little bit smaller than i expected. But overall stay was good. Fabio and Valentina both are very nice and always reply fast to your queries. Breakfast is good too as they have so many options for bread. Plus point- you can eat and drink anytime from breakfast table.

Hosts were very responsive, the location was perfect and it has a cafe downstairs perfect for a capuccino and a sandwich before starting the day.

Room was nice, surprisingly spacey, and clean. Fabio is an outstanding host, very friendly and helpful with everything. There are even coffee, tea and pastries available on the shared kitchen, which was very nice and convenient.
