Absolutely perfect accommodation! We have been to many places but this was definitely the best and most beautiful. Mrs. Patrizia and her husband are incredibly nice. Everything in the accommodation is taken care of down to the last detail (toothbrushes, razors, hair straightener, make-up remover, just everything)! Thank you very much.

I don’t even know where to start. From the moment we arrived we were greeted like old friends. Such a wonderful and warm family. The room was amazing and Patrizia has thought of everything. The breakfast that we were served was enough for 4 people. We could not finish it all and Patrizia asked us if we would like to take it away with us. As far as accommodation this would be hands down one of the best we’ve stayed in. Unfortunately it was only for 1 night as our reason visiting was for the Ferrari Museum. What an amazing find and a beautiful family. Thank you Patrizia for welcoming us ❤️

We loved everything about this property. Every need was catered for. From beautiful smelling towels, bathrobes, slippers and eye masks to a delicious breakfast served on the outdoor table overlooking the garden. My partner is GF and Patrizia made him his own platter selection. Everything is presented so beautifully and attention to detail is exceptional. The bathroom is large with quality bathroom products and a large shower with good water pressure. Parking is right onsite if you need it and the property is walking distance to town and the Ferrari museum. Patrizia is a wonderful host and couldn’t do enough for us.

This absolute gem in marenello is like staying at a 5 star boutique hotel. The accommodation was fabulous set with a little courtyard which we had breakfast in and oh my gosh what a breakfast thr owners could bot be more welcoming ensuring everything you need is in the apartment which is decorated with great that and the shower room is massive and again anything you may need is in there even down to make up remover! Patrizia provided amazing food and makes sure the fridge is well stocked and Ignazio is readily available to taxi you where ever you may need.to be and picked us up and took us back to the airport. I can't rate this visit highly enough. Lovely people lovely place to stay

Hello, The accomodation is very warm and cozy. You have everything you need, starting with elementary food supplies like yogurt, coffee, tea, jam, water, juice, chips, and going on with all your daily needs like shaving kit, hair dryer, hair straightner, toothbrush and toothpaste, make-up removal solution, etc. They are such a beautiful family. Ms. Patrizia and her family always asked if we need anything else, including transport, restaurant recomandations or airport transfer. BBSuite21 is close to main attractions of Maranello (Fiorano race track, Ferrari Museum, ristorante Cavallino, ristorante Montana and also Ferrari Factory) The breakfast was carefuly prepared by Ms. Patrizia and it was one of the best we ever had, both salty and sweet dishes. They made our little visit to Italy feel like a visit to our relatives. The room design is very nice and we slept very well. Hope to see you soon again! Thank you for everything!

So much care and attention to detail from the owners: + truly special kind hosts who prepared everything for a special stay + very delicious and rich breakfast + very comfortable beds + you will feel at home since everything is prepared by the hosts + perfect accommodation even for a family with 2 small kids, since there is an extra bed, lovely kitchen with all needed equipment. The suite/apartment is located just 1-2 min walking from 3 special places in Maranello: * Ferrari factory and historical entrance * Ristorante Cavallino which is a must to try * Tony Auto, which is a historical and functioning Ferrari workshop owned by a former friend of Enzo Ferrari and which repairs very unique Ferraris from all around the world.

Everything was perfect, really not a single issue.

Patrizia an her husband are a lovely couple who welcommed us into their beautiful home. The apartment was fully stocked and had everything we needed (bathroom & kitchen was fully stocked) - we just had to arrive with our luggage. Parking in front of the house with a fee of 15€/night. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning with fresh juice and coffee. We felt really safe and cozy and will recommend this place for sure.

The property is hard to fault. It is quite new to the rental market and is in excellent condition. It seemed to have every single thing you could possibly need and a bit more just in case. I stayed as a solo traveller but there is plenty of room for 2 people. The included breakfast is varied and plentiful. It is situated in a cul de sac in a quiet residential area with the only outside sounds coming from the Ferraris racing around the Maranello test track which the cul de sac backs onto. Its location for anything Ferrari located is excellent. Off street parking is available for an additional fee. There appeared to be on street parking but I didn’t ask. I assume this will be free if it is indeed available. The Ferrari factory is 2 minute walk and the Ferrari museum a 5 minute walk away. Maranello town centre is a 10 minute walk and where the restaurants can be found. Patricia and her husband, whose name I didn’t get, are excellent hosts, easy to contact and nothing is too much trouble. On top of all this it is excellent value for money.
