If we had to mention anything less ideal, the apartment was quite humid, so we had to keep the air conditioning running most of the time. Also, due to an unpleasant smell outside, it wasn’t really possible to air out the room by opening the windows. Additionally, the bathroom door didn’t close completely, which slightly affected the level of privacy. That being said, everything else was wonderful, and these small issues did not impact our holiday experience at all.

We had a truly great stay! The location is excellent – everything you might need (shops, cafes, etc.) is within a 5-minute walk, and the metro station is also very close, making all of Naples easily accessible. Despite being so central, the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, which was a big plus. The room was perfect for two people, the bed was very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the air conditioning during the warmer days. A special mention goes to the hosts – communication was smooth and clear from the beginning, we received lots of helpful information, and they were very responsive whenever we had questions or requests. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose this place again!

The facility is on the lower side. Probably due to the ground floor and rather humid environment, the room is a bit smelly…

The location is safe and convenient, with a nearby supermarket and metro station, restaurants. It would be a proper living option for one to two nights’ stay at Naples given tight budget.

Our host was extremely kind and accommodating. The pictures in the listing were a little deceiving but it was a lovely stay and we had everything we needed. She was eager to help us with everything we needed and we very much appreciated her care. The room was quite small and nothing fancy but the bed was comfortable and it worked great for what we needed. Neighborhood is lovely with the beach nearby and some great restaurants. The property was on the ground floor, you could hear footsteps above and the common door banging when people entered and left the complex. It was also about a 20-30 minute walk into the centre of Napoli.

The property was well situated near many amenities such as train stations (5 minute walk), restaurants, local beach and beauty salons/barbers. The room was very spacious and comfortable, it was very modern with everything you need for entertainment. The staff were very quick to respond and extremely friendly.

the place is far away from most of the attractions in Napoli so if you choose to stay here you need to use public transportation and Taxi. there is no place to heat up food and not really much space to prepare a sandwich or eat

Certain things like the shower did not work properly, and there was water leaking in the washroom but was fixed quickly. The door of the apartment could not be locked from the interior; it was a magnetic lock of some sort. Communication between property maintenance staff and property manager broke down. My wife and I were in the room and the maintenance crew walked in unannounced, while we were partially undressed. Property manager should not deflect their accountability; they represent the experience of the stay. Problems situations will always occur, so I suggest that they just apologize and not make excuses.

My experience at BeBaSu was simply disastrous. I absolutely do not recommend it. Upon my arrival, no one opened the door for me, despite my arrival time being announced several days in advance. I waited for hours. This is not a hotel, but an apartment with several rooms managed by different owners, and there was no key box in place. The surveillance of comings and goings is disturbing, with omnipresent cameras that make you feel constantly watched. I even doubted my safety in my own room, which prevented me from sleeping all night. At 2 AM, I received aggressive WhatsApp messages. Without any response from me, the owner barged in, furious, and kicked down the door, demanding that I pay more just because I had let a friend in 30 minutes earlier. I felt as if he was trying to extort money from me, suggesting that if I didn’t pay, I would have to sleep outside, even though my night was already paid for. This completely ruined my stay in Naples: zero hours of sleep and a massive anxiety attack. He even canceled my reservation several hours after my departure to prevent me from posting a review. I strongly discourage anyone from staying here, especially women traveling alone. Please take precautions and avoid this accommodation at all costs!

Knowing that I would never set foot in this establishment again.

Apartment was great and in a pleasant area. Host spoke good English and was helpful. Plenty to do locally (shops / restaurants etc.) and there is a metro stop at the end of the road for going further afield. All in all - exceptional.

Not like the photos on Booking.com, much smaller than we thought, a tiny balcony never used as very dark. Disposable paper cups for hot drinks - proper cups would be much better. fridge didn’t work so milk went off quickly.

Seemed ok when we arrived. Got back that evening to find not enough hot water for one person to have a shower let alone use the spa. Cars go past all night and are noisy and light the room up. Left the next day and the host tried to mark is as a no-show. Booking.com being very unhelpful in securing a refund

We liked everything

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Federica let us have early check in as our flight arrived early. She was very kind and helpful with everything. Excellent location 10 min walk to the Riviera and all bars and restaurants. ATM machines close by too. The room was beautiful and clean, there was free bottle of champagne and traditional Italian cakes awaiting in the room. Very romantic place perfect for couples.

The bed was really comfortable and big. Slept really good here, also very quiet in the room Host is super friendly and helpful. We had the small room but it was big enough for us and it also had a little terrace which was very nice. I would definitely recommend.
