Paolo was helpful in making me feel comfortable and did a phenomenal job of making sure everything was there for me. He did a great of taking me to the train station and explaining to me how to get around

The room was small, but clean and comfy, and Paolo was an amazing host. Very kind and supportive ☺️ The place is quite far from the center but well suitable for coming by car, it’s easy to find a fre-of-charge parking lot. The bathroom is in the room, greatly separated, a bit small though. Paolo doesn't speak English but solves the issue using google translator, so we did not experience any issues with communication.

Paolo is a great host, helping us find parking and taking us to the tram station. Great breakfast. Property is great value for money if you re looking for a cheaper accommodation and don’t mind a short tram commute. Car is recommended for 5 min drive to station.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was cozy and clean, and the host - Paolo - was very polite and generous - even offered to give us a lift. The breakfast surprised, too. If you want a unique experience in Florence, I highly recommend Affitta camere Calderaro!

We really enjoy this stay - Paolo was amazing host and he let us feel like at home. We liked the cute vintage interior. Breakfast was good too. There are good services in the neighborhood (shopping mall, tram to the centre, free parking).

Paolo is the best host ever. I had a terrible stomach after midnight, he didn’t hesitate to take me to the near Pharmacy. He is very nice and generous. I really enjoyed my breakfast, too. I highly recommed this place to you all!!

Greatest welcome and hospitality by Paolo. Clear explanation and instructions for us about the tram station and he really did his best to have a comfortable stay. Good breakfast as well. So far he was the one of the best host I have met.

Paolo the host is one of a kind! The place is 10 minutes walking from the tram station, and then 15 minutes to the city center. Paolo will insist to take you to the station every time! He will make an excellent breakfast and make sure you feel at home. The room (with a private bathroom) is inside his house, but you will get all the privacy you need. We will surely be back

There were mosquitos, but not much you can do about that. We came in late June. Also, if Paulo were not able to give us a ride or if we couldn't communicate easily with him, it might have been difficult to find the lodging.

I felt so bad I didn't know our host's name but I cheated and looked at other reviews. Paulo really is a gem. He gave us a ride from the tram(?) stop to the location by communication through booking.com. The room was spacious and beautiful, and we had a private bathroom. Paulo gave us a ride back to the station so we could get to the city easily. He helped us do our laundry and prepared a delicious breakfast for us before he had to leave. Everything was just amazing. Such great value for such amazing hospitality.

Everything about our stay was excellent! The host is an amazing teacher, he is kind and lovely! He even drove us to the train station and took us from there when it was raining. At first, the house looked bad from the outside but afterwards, everything was 10/10. We thought it was an amazing experience for us. About the location: it is far away from the center but about 10 minutes away from the train way which you can go with only 1 ticket that is 1.5€. Lastly and maybe most importantly, the host even prepared us an amazing breakfast! He is the best! Totally worths anything!

As said by many others, Paolo was an incredible host. Offered to pick us up from the tram stop when we arrived and even rescued us from the city centre after midnight when the scheduled trams did not arrive. The room was in a good location and the bed was large and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone
