Location and cleanliness in relation to price was excellent. (It's only 15 mins walk to the historical center of Treviso) Permanent smile on the face of extremely kind and helpful host - priceless ;). The rooms and facilities were arranged by an artistic soul.

Breakfast was quite ok, but not at as high level as the rest of the accommodation.

The room was perfectly clean and nicely arranged, making our stay very comfortable. Everything was simply perfect I highly recommend it.

Super nice host, clean room, nice facilities.

The guests from the room above us decided to leave the facility at 04:00 in the morning making a lot of noise. Of course this is not the fault of the host but let’s say that sounds isolation is not optimal.

The rooms are clean and nice. Every object in the room is well picked with a womderful estetic spirit.

Everithing was perfect

Thank you Samantha (and Lily the dog) for the nice welcome. She was very helpful, giving lots of local tips and directions from the B&B. The room and the kitchen were decorated so sweetly. We arrived late with our own dinner and ate it on the patio in the garden, very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the AC works well. The train station and airport are walking distance.

The shower floods easily.

I booked this hotel for an early flight. The lady was really helpful on Whatsapp. The location is relatively (25 minute walk) close to the airport. There is coffee to grap, water bottles for 50 cents and a kitchen + seating area next to the room.

I really hate to do this. The lady is nice, the room is spacious and one of the reasons I booked were all the very positive reviews. That's also the reason I want to be honest, to help other travelers get a fair idea of this place. - The room is labeled 'deluxe' on Booking.com. No idea what their idea of 'deluxe' is, but it has been years that I was in an hotel room this old fashioned. It looks cool retro, but it's just plain old (including the bed) and for sure not 'deluxe'. - The room was very warm. There is air-conditioning, but all the windows were open when I arrived (it was +30 degrees Celsius outside). I couldn't get the air-conditioning working. - The room is very noisy. I had neighbors upstairs. I couldn't sleep because they were just simply walking and talking. - - There were also a lot of mosquitos (because the open windows?). - The shower is really nice (behind a curtain though (deluxe?)) but the water wouldn't drain so the whole bathroom (including the mat was wet) and you're afraid of flooding the room. All I hoped for was a good night of sleep before an early flight. Despite the spacious room and quiet area, this wasn't possible.

A pretty house and room, rustic style. Has parking.

The bathroom is not shown for a reason. It's just a curtain and the water goes all around. The ceiling is just wooden boards where you can hear everyone upstairs walking and talking at 4 am. Its far away from the center by foot.

Everything, clean, beautiful, wonderful place

Host was very nice and helpful, allowed earlier check in and offered to leave our luggage in the kitchen after check out which was VERY convenient, because our flight was in the evening. Good location ~30min walk to the airport and ~15minute walk to city centre. Room looks just like the photos.

There could have been more shower amenities (toothpaste, shower gel etc.) there was only one bottle and probably left over from another visitor.

Samantha is very kind and helpful, we had great time here, Treviso is very beautiful town.

A bit farther from the airport than we were hoping. A 15 euro tax drive, but you can take a bus which is cheaper

Everything. Amazing place, house, room, bathroom. At the superlative. So elegant, clean and beautiful. We had all the facilities, even double heating. The owner was extremely nice and kind. We wished we could have stayed longer here. And we’ll definitely come back here!!

It's a super nice and lovely place! Beautiful and comfortable villa in a quiet neighborhood where you get beautifully decorated vintage room with all the amenities. And also - shared kitchen where you can make some coffee/tea for free. Everything is clean and tidy, all the design is about love and good taste for living. You can just feel that special Italian vibe here!
