Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaWhat I didn't like: I start with the breakfast because it caught my attention with some minuses! It is quite enough, but it is repeated almost daily, only a few products are changed daily, one or at most two. For example, the omelette is a simple one, actually an extremely simple one, egg and salt about that, cut very small, I expected something to be added to it at least on two different days, a hamon, a ham, some vegetable I don't know, but not to be simplistic every day, I was disappointed by something like that, I'm an omelette fan, at least you could make eggs, not necessarily an omelette, but no, it was always the same simple omelette for 7 days, probably that's how it's done, I don't know, I didn't ask! I didn't find milk in any of the mornings for breakfast, they don't have it, instead it's full yogurt, fruit, normal yogurt. What I didn't like was something that I think should have been in the room, the mini bar (the fridge is missing). It's a problem because during the summer or when it's very hot (I was there when it was an extremely high temperature of 38 degrees +), you have to have somewhere to put water or juices cold, if you buy them from a store and bring them in the room they heat up in 20 min. so drink something warm, my opinion is that it is not normal not to have a mini fridge in the room, it is necessary. I was trying to take a bottle or two of juice down to the staff fridge where there were already a lot of bottles added and there wasn't much room, a bit strange to put my products there but in the end I did it, late at night like 11 or 12 at night if you forget to you take your bottle, you can't pick it up anymore because the door from the kitchen area closes, so you can't have any more in case you don't have anything to drink!
I can start by saying that it was a successful vacation at this location (Bed&Breakfast Miramare in the San Lazzaro area), it is very well located in terms of view, distance from a bus stop or restaurants in the area. I liked it tremendously, the most I can add, I liked the panorama that you can see from the rooms on the side overlooking the sea and the rock where there are many cottages and some hotels, the road that leads to the other areas (communal ) such as Amalfi, Atrani, Marmorata, Minori, Maiori, etc. The area is simple with many houses where each owner has a yard and a garden where he has some crops of fruits and vegetables, flowers and very well arranged, the area is a quiet one, restaurants nearby plus the bus that goes to the Amalfi coast or to Castellammare di Stabia every bus has fixed times when it arrives and when it leaves. I also liked the fresh air in the evening or the humid air in the morning, it is something fantastic, relaxing and you can take hundreds of pictures, you have material for spectacular photos! :) The house is very well maintained, clean, when you arrive you are greeted by a small garden with flowers that can be seen in the summer. The place for breakfast is excellent, I can say, you have a view of the sea when you serve your coffee. The dining area is quite spacious, enough tables for customers. The room is spacious, etc. about the premium one, I don't know what the standard ones look like, the premium ones are on the top floor in the attic, each room has its card for turning on the electricity, the bathroom is quite spacious with a rather small shower cabin, but you can manage. The terrace is impressive, very big plus the sea view, wonderful! The room has a double bed in the center, the mattress is very good, the pillows are also ok!

United KingdomThis is not as good as described , stay away from this Bed & Breakfast Miramare . This is a one dark place , not clean and smell something like blood and bone 🤢 . Customer service is not professional , a bit rude and arrogant . Car park is in the fields like in country side and very narrow to get there . This panorama view you can have it from the most of the hotels around the area with much more reputable customer service . I believe their rating is pumped up from fake people or bot . Not worth it to pay for the stay there . Kitchen I dirty and the door to get to the balcony with their view was with cracked glass so not safety at all !!!!! We went there earlier around 11:00 to check the room and the facility as the facility is missing in the pictures of their advertising and I'm glad we didn't stay there doesn't look good at all . We asked for cancellation and refund ! Not recommend that property for anyone . Never gonna come back again !
