There is nothing not to like about this property. Finding it was a challenge as Google Maps did not route us beyond the main road. The entrance to the street looks like a driveway unless you know what you are looking for. I have added a photo to assist other visitors. Be aware that the street is very narrow at the entrance requiring your best Italian driving skills.

We booked Tenuta Palmieri because it is a little bit off the beaten track and sounded like it offered a different experience. The room is every bit as beautiful as show in the photos and our stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was a great range of delicious offerings to satisfy most tastes. All this while gazing out from the garden terrace at the blue expanse of the Golfo de Policastro. Our host Mariangela was so welcoming and helpful. When we could not find the turn off to the property and ended up in the car park of local Ristorante da Cesare, she arrived on her scooter to guide us in. She booked the restaurant for us and we made the 5 minute walk up the hill that evening to enjoy a great meal with the locals.

Only one little thing: it would be extremely beautiful if there were any kind of chairs / umbrellas near the sea (it’s not a beach but there’s rocks from which you’re able to access the sea). But from what I heard they’re currently working on a permission to be allowed to do that :))

This place is absolutely amazing! I’ve never been to a place where there’s more love put into every detail than this one. The room was one of the cleanest rooms I ever had (which is not easy because it’s pretty much next to a forest). Also a big plus: it’s run by women - they really take care of everything and it’s beautiful to see different aged women to be such a great team. There’s also 3 cats, that I totally fell in love with. The breakfast was absolutely adorable (many options) and with an amazing view.

Beautifully situated with fantastic views from the properties terraces. Very friendly helpful staff in this very genuin and autentic family run Bed & breakfast. Lovely to be able to swim off the rocks below the property. And just a short walk to a nice restaurant. The fantastic breakfast was a real highligt; a beautifully presented breakfast buffe' with everything and a bit more.; homebaked bread and pastries enjoyed with all you could wish for and served on the terrace with a beautiful view.

The view of the sea wasn’t quite what we were expecting but they did not take away from the overall experience. Driveway entrance was a little scary for an American use to wide open spaces.

The cottage type atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. Plenty of room for parking. The host and her family were extremely helpful.

The Internet did not work well, coming without a car was a bit complicated, although we had the option for a taxi.

The place, the area, the wonderful breakfast, the staff super nice. The room was beautifully decorated. There was a great restaurant recommended by the owner. Great peace

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property itself felt like staying in a lovely garden. And the access to walk along the cliff above the sea was wonderful. The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, homemade and abundant with incredible views.

Wonderful staff who were always attentive! Great Lido with a very good lunch. Forget the surrounding beaches, here you can really swim and relax in peace. Better come with a small car, the access road is narrow. Otherwise, it's better to park at the Da Cesare restaurant. We will definitely be back 😃

We pick our stays carefully, and so we were drawn to Case Vancase Tenuta because of their excellent rating. We were not disappointed. They are sensational hosts, and the B&B fantastic. Clean and comfortable, and what a great sunset view over the sea from the large balcony deck. If they are available, do yourself a favor and STAY HERE !

We had a great time at the B&B! Mariangela and her staff were super friendly and we felt like family staying there. The room was clean and pretty. Beach access is unbeatable and it is overall a great place to relax and enjoy life. We highly recommend staying here!

Rosa (staff) is working her ass off and the owner seems to be more bothered about money than about guests. Wifi was a disaster from the room where I stayed.

It's a beautiful B&B very close to the sea and with sea access in summer. Even though a train is running through the little town it is very quiet. The breakfast is marvelous.

No internet in our accommodation. Poorly lit pathways. Difficult to find this b&b after dark.

Great location and wonderful welcome. Breakfast exceeded our expectations.
