Definitely worth the price. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that you can improve is the location but the cost would be higher so im still completely satisfied.

Bathroom was clean and functional although it had a bad smell from the sink/shower a few hours after arriving.

Hotel is 30 minutes walk to city and train station, it is located in quite small village. Room size not big (ground floor), clean and nicely decorated, there was no AC in the ground room, but there was a fan. I booked one night for Cinque Terra visit but extended two days because we really loved this Guest house. It was a safe and comfortable, car park is in front of the Guest house.

Everything was great at this charming little property. loved the quietness of the location, it was a little bit of a walk, but it was an enjoyable walk. The building was immaculately clean and the staff were excellent. Elvira was kind and a lovely host.

Parking ver difficult. Access very tight. Had to pay for very poor breakfast (at least cheap.) bread did not come with butter or jam . Each item separate charge. Double bed had seen better days. Only one staff (the owner) who did not, I think live on the premises. All very basic.

Parking place is occupied by local residents so no place to park the car when you come late. Very small room.

The mattress is so so bad. The pillows are super high and uncomfortable. The parking which they promised was always full. Nothing is around the place. Not a very good communication either.

The room is 30 min walking from levanto, there is only two or three taxis in the town and they were not available when we called so we had to walk up and down the hill, it is not far but by night the road is quite dangerous, no lights and no place to walk so you walk on the road. There is a bus for 2.5 next to the room but it passes four times per day.

The room is clean and has its own bathroom. Hot water and very good wifi.

it was a beautiful villa located in the mountains of Levanto village. a walkable distance from the train station and the beach. the garden where we had our breakfast was especially nice and tranquil.

The lady is so kind and welcoming. Even though bit hard to talk in English with her, she was smiling all the time and we had a nice stay there thanks to her. From the station is like 20mins but the pass is flat, walkable easily. There are 4 parking spaces in front of the house but free parking is everywhere. We had breakfast in the beautiful terrace and it was amazing. Questo caffè è molto buono! I highly recommend to stay and have a wonderful breakfast. Thank you for all services.
