B&B without breakfast included, small room (just the space to move around the bed), coffee machine on the desk with coffee to be paid. I ask to take it out to win space, but was not possible. Check in very strict, as well as the check out (10.30 am).

The place and the people

Very good location, clean room. Good A/C. Housekeeping every day. Friendly staff. Beach, cafes are very close to the house. Train station is also walking distance.

The main gate is very noisy, every time it shuts loud. The room was very close to reception and other rooms. You can hear every step and talk.

It was clean and the cleaning staff was nice and professional. There were surveillance cameras everywhere giving the perception it was "safer".

We paid for the room. It looked like breakfast would be included but it was not. The owner yelled at us for trying to eat breakfast saying wenhandt paid for it. We did pay for the only fees that booking.com allowed us to pay. We didn't see anything that should have charged us more for the room it really soured our experience. The bed was also very stiff (not soft) and so my back went out because of it. It is 2 blocks off the main road so not a bad location but felt a little sketchy walking to it. They also want you to take out a "plastic room key" from a wall holder which will turn the power off to your room which will stop the air conditioner which then if you're gone too long you come back to a warm room and have to wait a long time for the room to cool down in the summer. We kept our card in 1 of the days so we didn't have to cool the room down later on and asked that the room NOT be cleaned on gone into. When we came back someone had come in and taken the card out of the slot so the AC was turned off. No one on staff nor the owner spoke English so getting yelled at first in Italian and then via a translator app was not fun. Especially when no one communicated with us when we checked in that breakfast wouldn't be included at a "Bed and Breakfast"

It is a lovely place to stay near the beach and close to the center where there are many restaurants and stores. The property itself is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and peaceful with a wonderful outdoor sitting area. The check-in was simple and easy. The shower is quite amazing with red light therapy lights. I would highly recommend!!
