- sofabed in the living is very hard and squeaky, so very uncomfortable - A/C in the second bedroom is very loud (heard outside from the master bedroom); so can’t be used at night if you want to sleep peacefully

You’re in the old area so cars aren’t allowed to park there, you must carry your luggage to the apartment. It was a bit confusing with the key lock code but once sorted everything was fine.

The location is right in the centre of the shopping area& close to everything. Easy walking to the lake.

The property itself is not well appointed, at all. I do a lot of short term vacation rentals through the platforms that you’re probably thinking of so maybe my expectations of what it means to be renting an apartment are high, but to be left with less than one roll of toilet paper for a group of four is just rude. Paper towels, sorry no. The place also needs work. It was clean but several of the floor tiles, which are actually more like large bricks, are broken and loose and shift around under your feet as you walk. The sleeper sofa is terrible. The door to the bedroom is dragging on its hinges so, unless you lift it up while opening or closing, it makes a crazy scraping sound. There’s a bunch of other little things like the fact that there is no shelf in the shower so you just have to put everything down on the floor while you shower that just make it a chore instead a pleasure to stay there. Also be prepared to be awoken by drunk neighbors coming home late and using their bathroom which, as luck would have it, shares an exceedingly thin wall with that of the bedroom. Mwa!!

Nice little 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants just steps away--but still a bit tucked away so tourist noise not a problem. We paid for an extra bed but ended up not needing it because the sofabed was large enough to accommodate two people--and the hosts had placed an extra fan there during the heat wave. Kitchen and bathroom both well stocked. Overall comfortable place.

I liked everything. The apartment is just in the center of the city, next to everything: restaurants, ferry station, stores, the church, supermarket. The apartment is like from an Italian movie:) Clean, big, bright, comfortable and very safe. One night we even forgot to lock the door:) Has all kitchen compliances. The host even bought for us water and put in the fridge:)

We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio. The communication with the host was excellent—quick, friendly, and helpful. The apartment itself was lovely, beautifully decorated, very clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful area. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying everything Bellagio has to offer. Highly recommend!

after getting the keys from a keybox, it was not clear at all where the main door / entrance was. It was very confusing and I had to call the owner in order to find that out. Maybe some pictures upon arrival could help next guests

The floor in the main areas has loose grout so we walked around inside with shoes or socks on. Some amenities such as coffee and tea would’ve been welcomed.

The apartment was in an excellent location, in walking distance to the ferry terminal and in the centre of town. Communication was great, you enter easily on your own with the key from a key lock and the apartment was clean.

The one thing that needs adjusting is the bathroom medicine cabinet needs to be raised because it’s a little cumbersome when using the sink.

Convenient location. Comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels. Good shower pressure and temperature. Overall a comfortable and user friendly place. I would definitely recommend.

We didn’t really use the apartment to eat in, but noticed that whilst there were plenty of glasses, cups etc, there were no dinner plates, no side plates which seems a little unusual. The apartment was really good for us however. Thanks
