I missed a small table on the terrace, that's all. Every thing else was great.

This place is amazing! Hosts are so nice and friendly, it was just like visiting your parents. Rooms are good, bathroom is huge, super comfortable beds. Everything was so clean, tidy and cozy. Prestine condition everywhere. Location is a huge bonus. The view from all rooms is exceptional. I love this place and would like to come back one day.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right in front of the lake and our room on the 1st floor had picture perfect views, the doors opening to a large veranda where we spent several hours just starring at the lake!

The room has no ac, the fan is not sufficient ... that's the main downside. And the name on google maps is a bit confusing as there are multiple hotels woth the same name, so look at the location and be careful !

The people running the hotel are extremely kind and friendly, breakfast was great, view was incredible.. super calm, perfect for a weekend to get away from the busy cities

Rooms are slightly outdated and there is no AC but still very comfortable.

Everything was brilliant, from the location which is perfect to explore Lake Como from to the very welcoming owner couple. Breakfast was also superb!

A lovely family run Hotel with the proprietors being absolutely lovely! The location simply couldnt be beaten - Our room overlooked the lake and what a view it was - just amazing! Breakfast was very nice and we had an absolutely delicious meal at the adjoining restaurant. No issue with parking which made life much easier. Overall just a fabulous stay!

We were a group of four women staying for one night while visiting Lake Como and Lake Lecco before heading to the Dolomites. This hotel is a family-run business, and we were warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The property is charmingly decorated in a classic style, very clean, spacious, and felt completely safe. The breakfast was complete and satisfying. Overall, great value for money.

Lack of modern TV (very old 10” monitor like), lack of air conditioner. It would be great if they could clearly state that the nearest train station from Milan is Lecco and not Como.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful setting, close to ferries, quiet & not touristy at all. Owners told us about the nearby Moto Guzzi factory, a local secret? 😎

Located right on the lake with breathtaking taking views. We had views on to the mountains but woke to mountain goats eating outside our room in the morning. The owners are extremely accomdating and advised us on where to go on our day trips. Free parking in front of hotel and breakfast was great. Will be back again

Airco would make it perfect.

Very friendly owners. Free parking. Excellent location to discover Lago di Como (10 minutes walk to the ferry boat - tip: buy a day pass for the ferry to discover different villages around the lake). Beautiful views on the lake; very nice to wake up like this. Good breakfast.

There was no AC in our room but we were able to sleep with the windows open and had a breeze, and bed was stiff for us, but we did have a great night
