This is a hotel that goes above and beyond in every aspect, yet does it in an unassuming and quiet way. If you care to look it's obvious how much thought has been put in to each detail. It is well-deserving of the Michelin recognition it has achieved. The location is to die for; the hotel manages to feel quaint while at the same time being quite luxurious. We particularly appreciated that the spa was included in the room price (aside from services such as massages). We did day hikes in the area during our stay, but it would have been easy to hang out at the spa all day long. The salt room was our favorite. The breakfast buffet wasn't the largest we have seen, but each item was delicious and there was nothing lacking.

ItalyEveryone, please be aware of the restaurant that collaborates with the hotel. There is a round logo plate with a bird on it displayed next to the elevator in the innermost part of the hotel. The restaurant is called “La Brasserie du Bon Bec” That day, we wanted to give this restaurant a try and asked the hotel to help us make a reservation for 19:00. We didn’t realize it was so close, so we arrived 12 minutes early at 18:48. When we opened the door and entered, we saw a group of staff sitting at a table on the left near the entrance, eating. No one greeted us. I took the initiative to say hello and informed them that we had a reservation for 19:00. A man and a woman, still seated, turned their heads and coldly, with resentful looks on their faces, said just one word: “19:00.” Not a single smile, not even the slightest hint of courtesy. If they had even smiled a little, I wouldn’t have been upset. If they had kindly told us to wait outside for 10 more minutes until opening, I wouldn’t have minded. But their rude behavior instantly made me feel sick. I immediately took my girlfriend and left. We went to another restaurant instead. I honestly don’t understand why a five-star hotel would collaborate with a restaurant that employs such staff. It instantly lowered the hotel’s prestige. My review of La Brasserie du Bon Bec is simply: rude, impolite, and ill-mannered. That moment nearly made me vomit. What gives them the arrogance to act this way?
The overall service standards of the hotel are excellent. The staff are highly professional and very polite. The frequent room cleaning made me feel their genuine care for guests. The front desk staff member with glasses was especially friendly. Although the hotel is not very large, it is well-equipped with everything one might need. The breakfast was fantastic, and the room had an amazing view! The restaurant inside the hotel also provided outstanding service and delicious food.

JerseyOnly problem this time was that our room was exceptionally warm and a little smaller than usually experienced.
This is our third time at the hotel, the experience is second to none. Exceptional food and advice on wine is truly outstanding. The added benefit of a world class spa experience just makes the stay even better. The sommelier also arranged a visit for us to the producer of Le Prissonier wine, outstanding memory. We will be back to the hotel soon.
