Vertical power sockets didn't accept European power adaptors, we had to use the horizontal ones to charge our devices.

Excellent location in the historical centre, walking distance to main landmarks, as well as a local bus stations. Lots of places to eat just 2 minutes’ walk away, as well as convenience stores. 5 minutes’ walk to supermarkets (maxistore and lidl). The apartment was big, clean and well equipped. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, cutlery and crockery. Plenty of fresh towels, as well as shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Decent wi-fi and TVs in both bedroom and kitchen. Thums up from me.

The AC was blocked to 22degrees (could not set cooler temperature), which was not sufficient to really cool down the room on the first night as we arrived in the evening, it was not really powerful and rather loud. The laundry machine was out of order (and seemed to have been for a while), but fortunately we did not need it. We both speak Italian and could call the owner for the self check-in without issues, but would have preferred to receive the check-in details per message (WhatsApp or email), preferably a few hours in advance.

Great location, spacious bedroom. The bedroom has a cute balcony giving onto an atmospheric street, while the kitchen opens onto the courtyard. Clean. Self-checkin and possibility to leave our luggage for a few hours on departure day.

Nothing significant. i would advise having a torch available if arriving or returning after dark. Check in needed telephone communication with owner, so have phone and contact number to hand when checking in.

Ideally located in walking distance of the major sights. Cafes and restaurants nearby.. The apartment is within a traditional residential building, full of character and well equipped. Good bathroom and shower. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Communication would have been better. There are days when there is no communication and checking in was a bit difficult as he doesn't respond to calls. Would have given him a 9 or even 10 if not for those. It's a shared apartment,so it's your luck if you have good neighbors. We didn't have such luck as we had inebriated neighbors one night.

I really liked the location. Near everything and was centrally located. 40 steps and I was in my favorite Sicilian Restaurant. The size of our place was also good. It had a kitchen and an outdoor patio for smokers or what. (We don't smoke)

I would suggest to add microwave owen and electrical kettle. Regarding kettle: our stay was during winter, so during summer time you probably will not need it😅

The check in procedure could be streamlined, perhaps creating a step wise diagram with pictures as opposed to calling for the instructions.

Getting the code from the manager took a while as we were waiting out in the street with luggage. But the self checkin is always preferable to waiting for the keys.

The kitchen had everything we needed for a few days. The courtyard was lovely and the bed was big enough for 3 (2 kids). The location was great, we could walk to all the sights and through town easily.

Great location, easy walking distance to all the sights, restaurants, shops etc. Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Check in was easy - I phoned the host and he talked us through self check in, how to access the property and then what to do when it was check out time. Great response time from the host too - we booked very last minute and he was very quick to acknowledge the booking and help. Would highly recommend this property and host.

The host answered my messages on the day we were supposed to arrive, and didn’t provide any information until we were at the entrance of the facility. Also, he made us call him, he did not pick up until the 3rd attempt, and that really annoyed us. The host could easily take some explanatory photos/videos for the guest and send them before they arrive, not when they are already there. Also, the air in the room was clogged, the bedsheets had stains, and the water source was noisy, so you will definetly need airplugs.
