Lake view is probably the only thing that can be liked there.

Absolutely impossible to be there without your car. More of that this place has no sidewalks. You leave the house and immediately find yourself on the roadway, which is very scary to move along, even to the nearest parking. The place does not suggest walking somewhere around. No washing machine. If you are renting out the whole apartment - it's logical to let the visitors have the ability to wash the clothes, dry them and iron after, right? A bathroom with a cobweb hanging on the ceiling looks epic. And the last, but not least - if you are renting out an apartment in winter time - please take care about your windows, because all your all your heating is wasted if an icy wind blows through the windows.

Lovely apartment, has everything you need. In a nice area and easy to get around if you have a car.

May not be easy to get around without a rental car as we didn’t see many buses go past but that may be because it was winter.

Accessibility - you have to climb up many narrow stairs from the entrance to the apartment The apartment smelt damp, there was some mold in the bathroom Practically everything in the apartment was either worn out or broken Parking is 3-4 minutes away down the main road - there's no way to park the car closer even for taking one's luggage. The entrance is located right on the main road, with heavy traffic and no pavement, by the curve (getting to the car is a bit unsafe, especially when it's dark). Noise from the main road.

The view is amazing, cannot fault it. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Amazing to sit on the balcony with a cold drink and just take in the view.

Shower was small, I'm not a big person, so was ok, but if you're bigger than average you may struggle, it's the small box types. Water was going slowly so unsure if there was a blocked pipe somewhere, as there was an unpleasant smell coming after it rained. There are a fair few steps, the last few are a little hairy, so not for the faint hearted.

the photos on booking are from 10 years ago or after heavy retouching. we chose an apartment with a washing machine, which was not available in the entire facility. after reporting its lack, the person responsible for the facility stopped replying and answering phone calls. after submitting a complaint to booking.com, the property did not agree to partially compensate for the lack of it. we had to incur additional costs related to travel to the laundry and its costs, which were located in another town. The apartment's doors and windows were very old, so we could hear cars driving next to the apartment all night long and, additionally, due to a leak in Doors and windows, the entire apartment cooled down.

The view! Big enough and we had everything we needed.

It was very cold and it took almost the whole day to make it warm. Would highly recommend to put the heater on in advance.

Location the view of the hotel is fantastic and front for lake and big mountain near to Switzerland only hardly 1 hour drive
