We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ItalyThe apartment has the basics for cooking/eating (pots, pans, plates, etc), but like others have said, there are no supplies for cleaning or toiletries immediately supplied, so best to bring your own or ask if they can be supplied before checking in. No Wifi in the apartment.
Great view. There is a front porch with a great ocean view, and a nice private terrace off the one bedroom. Close to the bus stop and the beach. A supermarket is only a 10 min walk. The host Frederico was able to accommodate my request for linens for a very small charge which I was grateful for. He was very responsive to messages sent through booking. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. Great price for the area.

This is the perfect place to stay with children. Despite the lack of air conditioning, it was not hot at all because of a perfect location of the apartment. The beach is very convenient for children. Stuff was very responsive and helpful.

Czech RepublicThere was no toilet paper, dishwashing detergents, soap and garbage bags. Drying rack had no clothespins. The wi-fi was only working at reception, which was only open for like three hours a day. Coffee maker was nowhere to be found. Furniture was fragile, but held together most of the time. Elevator got stuck on regular basis. Minor stuff like this, but it kept piling up, making our experience worse for it.
Hosts were very helpful. There was always parking space. We were allowed to check in early and check out early as well. The sea was incredibly close. There was swimming pool right outside of the apartment.
