Very clean and comfortable room on walking distance from the Pisa central train station as well as the city center. The host Clorinda is fantastic! We could leave our baggage the day of check out and return to fresh up before going to the airport.

Around 15 mins walk from the train station and downtown. Not easy to find.

Comfy memory foam queen bed - the best so far in Italy. Decent size room. Riverview. Lift in building. Equipped kitchen. Place to dry clothes. Free breakfast and bottled water. Very clean. Nice host.

The floor looked clean but had not been vacuumed recently so a bit of dust had accumulated. I am used to walking barefoot at home and that bothered me a bit.

The room was walking distance from all the cultural spots we wanted to see. Nice location, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, with a bonus shared kitchen if you are in the mood for prepping something quick. A good distance from the tower of Pisa, the railway station and the airport.

It sounds absurd, but: - the sound of the fridge, - thin walls (you could hear other people through the wall).

+ spacious apartment + great location + cleanliness (daily towel changes, floors cleaned) + smooth communication with the host + lovely surprises (breakfasts)

It was really super! Very good location. Only 10-15 minutes to train station that is so good to visit more places around! The host was very kind. She cleaned every day after we had left the room. In the room you have everything that is needed for your stay! :)

Very nice room in the apartment, very clean and Clorinda was excellent with very good communication. Walk was about 20 minutes to the tower.

The only two negatives we had were that we were provided with just one room key card. It was only an issue for us when we were using the kitchen area and we were in & out of our room with our baby, I was a little paranoid I’d leave the key in the room by mistake and not be able to re-enter! We also needed to work in the kitchen area for a couple of hours while our baby took a nap and unfortunately Clorinda couldn’t get the air conditioning to work so in summer (38 degrees) it was a little warm but manageable.

We had a lovely two night stay at Clorinda’s guest house! She welcomed us on arrival and showed us all the facilities. The room was spacious with a private bathroom, it was very clean and had a good air conditioning unit. We had our 1 year old baby with us and Clorinda kindly provided a cot with mattress and a high chair. There were plenty of towels and even a little pack of toiletries provided! We had rented a car and Clorinda kindly showed us somewhere nearby where we could park for free, otherwise there is paid on street parking outside the accomodation. The rooms were very secure and the shared kitchen area very clean & tidy with complimentary tea/coffee and bread/pastries. There is a little balcony off the kitchen which has a lovely view! We would highly recommend.

location was approximate 10 mint by car from PISA international airport. There were complimentary teas/coffee, bread and jams. The property was beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly. We only had one night in PISA but we really enjoyed our stay here. I am grateful to the host as she dropped us twice due to taxi unavailability which is very much appreciated.

Beautiful room , fully fitted out with AC and TV. Clorinda was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Fully recommended staying here for any trip to Pisa, 15 min walk to the tower and beautiful view along the river. There's also a lift in the building so you don't have to carry your suitcase! Wonderful stay!

I would recommend this property clorinda was the perfect host . She made sure I got to the airport when departing as there was no taxis or public transport at the time I was to travel to the airport. The room was spotless modern and all I needed for my stay in pisa . 25 minute walk and you are at the square of miracles. 15 minute walk to the main shopping area , 17 minute walk to the train station, so in a good location if you like peace and quiet.

It is located a little bit away from the central area, however Pisa is quite small and I was able to walk from the accommodation to the main attractions and it did not take long

Everything was good. Though it was a Shared Kitchen, everything was very clean and tidy. Washing machine was a plus. Clean and comfortable room. We had an excellent stay! Definitely recommend. Bus at the corner but check schedule and it accepts card. If you are okay with walking, station is 15 mins and tower is 20 mins walk. Clorinda is a very nice and sweet person. Helped us with all of our questions and made sure we had a comfortable stay.

Lovely welcome. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Useful information. Toiletries provided. Small fridge in room. Separate shared kitchen with tea and coffee facilities. A few small breakfast snacks also provided. A 35 minute walk from Pisa airport to accommodation.. A 25 minute walk to Pisa Tower.

The neighbors moved furniture loudly at night. Everything else was perfect.

Very beautiful and kind hostess. The hostess did everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Many gifts were waiting for us when we arrived. The room is clean, spacious and has a perfect view from the window.

Absolutely amazing host. The lady is so welcoming, helpful and nice! The property is very clean and organized and has all for a really comfortable stay. Nice kitchen in case you wish to prepare some food with lovely view of the river. We had complementary coffee,tea and snacks. Beautiful room with big window and comfortable bed. Amazing space-fully bathroom . We enjoyed so much this place. Great location and absolutely reasonable price. Highly Recommend!

Clorinda was super warm, friendly, helpful and always replied within minutes. Breakfast is not included, but she offered complimentary coffee and snacks which was lovely! The river view is beautiful (especially for sunsets/sunrises) and the rooms are spacious and clean. Location was great, walking distance to tower and train station.

We were delayed by several hours leaving Gatwick but that was no problem was still made to feel very welcome on arrival despite it being 01.00!
