Better than the pictures make it look very clean great shower. Great breakfast and you can order eggs. Location to the beach 5 minutes 20 minute flat walk into Chioggia. No tea or coffee facilities but a good bar fridge. Staff very helpful

Location is great, but busy with car park. You can pay for car park nearby so it wasn’t too big problem. Breakfast was nice. Staff very friendly and also speaking english. We’re very happy with our stay :) thank you!

The staff were very polite, kind, and helpful. The room was a good size, and got cleaned every day. The breakfast was great. The sandy beach is just a minute walk from the hotel.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast has wide verity of cheese, cured meats, cereals, fruits and freshly baked sweets. The omelet and coffee is made fresh for you. The rooms are nice, modern and well designed. the beach is nearby and super east to get to.

The staff. It is a family-run small hotel which is run by Mariarosa. She is such a great host. Her staff were so friendly and helpful in every way. Our room is part of the newly renovated floor and they are on their way improving and renovating other floors. The staff are just very accommodating!

The walls were a bit thin and you could sometimes hear someone in the next room using the bathroom. In the morning the air conditioning was working quite poorly, but at the reception we were told that it was normal and related to the cleaning of the room and from noon the air conditioning was working normally.

The hotel is located close to the beach, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were Mediterranean, but scrambled eggs, fried eggs and poached eggs were also available to order. Also delicious homemade cakes were served.

It wasn't such.

Fantastic hotel! Excellent location (a few minutes on foot from the beach and Chioggia), excellent breakfast (salty/sweet/hot/cold, delicious, fresh), excellent value for money. The apartment is spacious, bright, well equipped, clean and regularly cleaned. A parking available a few minutes from the hotel at a reasonable price. The Owner and her Colleagues showed us what real Italian hospitality is like, which will surely make you want to come back! Thank you for your kindness!

Very nice hotel! We paid for economic room, but a lady owner gave us delux room and this room is big, new with nice bathroom and balcony. Very clean hotel, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly. They speaks very well english. Free park for motorbike behind the bars. I highly recommended this hotel!
