Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and breakfast 1st class. We arrived late in the day,and the only thing they could improve on was to supply a kettle and coffee.Having said that it was still a wonderful stay .Thank you.

Only thing to worry about during hot summer - there are no AC. But they they had fans, so it was quite good during night time

Chanti wineyards, beautiful and charming. Place is quite compact, but all you need is there. Window view is excellent.

It's not a negative thing, but somehow it was super warm with the heathing on, and super cold with heathing off. Floor is in ceramic tiles and it's cold.

Beds were comfortable, and it's small but modern apartment.

The breakfast at the bar downstairs is amazing and allows you to sample local treats and deserts. The room was very large and clean, very comfortable for a family.

We arrived at check-in time, but unfortunately there was no one there. The lady who welcomed us came after a few minutes. Check in was quick and without problems Room 101a, which we got, does not have a good location. It is at the beginning of the staircase and you can be hear every guest. Our door kept rattling when they opened the front door, so we had to put our bags down. The room is above the kitchen, the music woke us up at 7:00, although we could have slept for another hour or so...

The room is nice and modern, equipped with air conditioning and a small refrigerator. We were also satisfied with the bathroom. The breakfast was really varied and tasty, the staff very friendly.

It was one of the most hot days of the year and the AC was not as powerful as it could have been for the size of the room and the day. We needed to get a second keycard to ensure that power to the room is not interrupted so the AC could do its job and cool the room from 37C to 25C.

Very clean and fresh room which seemed to have been recently modernised with new tiles, modern fittings, motorised windows etc.

Minor issues with shower faucet leaking, could use some attention, hopefully fixed by the time you read this.

This is a restaurant with hotel rooms above it. Because it is primarily (I think) a restaurant, the breakfast was excellent compared to most. I thought it was part of the B&B hotel chain but it isn't -- which explains why it doesn't show up on Google Maps (it shows as Ristorante Bertani which is for the restaurant). The hotel portion was clean and modern with free street parking available nearby, and included free water bottles in the fridge.
