United KingdomView of area from the balcony somewhat reduced by the roofline of the dining area. Higher floors were better situated in this respect. Steep walk to and from the amenities of the village but this was offset by the closeness of the hotel to the various cabinovia (uplifts).
High quality of service and food. Good sized room. Welcome for dogs. Well used by families. Excellent help from reception staff. Close to bus stops if you didn’t have a car.

Our favorite Hotel-staff: Alan, Paolo, Roberta and Ada were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel comfortable and relaxed but were also fun. Best G&T ever at the bar and nice to relax at the spa after a perfect day of skiing. We would love to come back.

SerbiaThe breakfast is good, only the omelet is strange and we didn't like it. There is another thing that did not suit us, and that is that the maids entered the rooms in the late afternoon and evening if we were not in the room. They certainly knock, so if we are not there, for example, they make the beds, but if we are there, they disturb the rest. One evening they knocked on our door after 9 pm. We think it is absolutely unnecessary even though the intention is good. The wifi signal was not always the best and had occasional interruptions, but only in the evening hours when most of the guests are in the hotel. Nevertheless, we will be happy to be guests at this hotel again.
We are very satisfied with our stay. The proximity to the cable car was decisive for choosing this hotel and that is the main reason we will come again. You literally just cross the street and you're on the trail. The spa area is not big, but it is well organized and we enjoyed using it every day after skiing. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely come next year.

United StatesThe service from the time you enter the hotel to the servers in the bar, dining room, spa & housekeeping could not have been friendlier or more helpful. First class service in their restaurants, once which is a Michelin Star Restaurant.Both restaurants served delicious meals which changed daily and our breakfasts were very good. Our room was quite large with beautiful views of the mountains. The proximity to the Pradolago gondola couldn’t have been better…almost ski in/ski out! Close to walk to the center of town. I would HIGLY recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the beautiful town of Madonna di Campliglio. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

United KingdomThe only minor irritation was the charging in the room. There weren't many sockets and the socket in the bathroom only came on when the light was on so our electric toothbrushes weren't charging when we thought they were.
Every member of staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good choice of the usual continental fare plus scrambled eggs and bacon. We were on B&B but ate here a couple of evenings because the food was really tasty, good value and they provided good gluten free options. There are two restaurants the 'normal' and then another with a Michelin star which we didn't try. It's a short walk downhill into town, maybe 5 minutes coming back as it's uphill. We went in September and could leave the car at the hotel and walk across the road and straight up into the mountains or alternatively it was about 20 minutes on foot to the Groste cable car. It's only 100-200 hundred metres from the Pradalago funivia and right on the ski bus route so would be good for skiing.
