Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Close to the Airport, it was just for 1 night transition. About 20 Euros one way. It had a bidet! Shower was good. There's a LIDL nearby for snacks and drinks.

BrazilThe beds were comfortable, we got there and there weren’t any parking spots in front of the hotel, but the workers told us we could park at a parking lot beside it and it was free. It’s close to a market, and close to the train station. Just found the room and bathroom a little small. The breakfast was also good!

AustraliaWe we had issues with our room lock - Staff were super helpful, and it didn’t concern us safety wise as the door was get stuck locked, not the other way, but it was a bit inconvenient as we found ourselves limiting how many times we left just to avoid dealing with the lock again.
Property was clean and comfortable. Staff went above and beyond (and even upgraded us to access their breakfast buffet free!) Location is great with easy access to the city centre. Would definitely stay here again! * for solo/ young travellers - we would recommend using the bus or taxi if arriving at night as the walk from the tram stop is very dark and not really in view of the public!!
