The hotel is in a very quiet and nice area of Rome. We choose it because of the location near to the Auditorium. It is clean, tranquil, stylish and the staff is polite.

The breakfast was fine, but the choices could have been better, eg cereals and breads.

Very quiet at night in a peaceful and pleasant neighbourhood. Very spacious shower and comfortable bed. Staff were welcoming and helpful. There is a very good range of restaurants and cafes on Viale Parioli, about 15 min walk. Good destination if you prefer to avoid the crowded areas with lots of tourists.

While the hotel allowed our toddler to stay free and supplied a cot, it was not really a family friendly place. There isn't any space or facilities for a kid to play (though I realise that I should have taken that into consideration when I booked it). I also feel that the breakfast charge was too steep - what was on offer did not feel generous enough for the 10 euro pp charge, especially considering they charged the full fee for my toddler too.

My family stayed for a week at the Hotel Rivoli, and I could not recommend the location more - Parioli is a quiet, safe, walkable neighbourhood, just far enough away from the real bustle of inner Rome. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.

Not ideal location for a general visit to Rome, although a very quiet area. Some elements of the room weren't great - at the end of the stay realised why some of the bathroom floor was wet - towel rail was dripping. Shower gel dispenser wasn't refilled.

Well located for the Auditorium concert venue, and once I worked out how to use and track the buses, found the 52 went past the end of the road. Takes you to and from the centre of Rome. Staff friendly.

The walls were very thin - we could hear the people in the room next to us talking (admittedly they were Italians and talking loudly). The staff also didn't seem to know whether we could park on the street for free rather than paying €15 to use one of the hotel's spaces. We did park on the street and it was absolutely fine.

Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There was also a balcony, which we weren't expecting. The hotel is positioned in a quiet area, on a quiet little street where you could park for free.

While my stay was generally enjoyable, there were a few aspects that could have been better. One notable point was the breakfast, which, while decent, didn't quite meet the standards I would expect from a four-star hotel. The variety could have been improved, and the quality of some items could have been better. Additionally, I found that the room lacked certain amenities or features that are often provided in higher-end accommodations. For instance, there might have been issues with room cleanliness or maintenance that detracted from the overall experience. In terms of improvement, enhancing the breakfast offerings with fresher and more diverse options would be beneficial. Furthermore, ensuring that rooms are thoroughly cleaned and well-equipped with amenities would enhance guest satisfaction. These adjustments could significantly elevate the overall experience for guests staying at the hotel.

I appreciated the breakfast provided, although it fell slightly short of the expectations I would typically have for a four-star hotel. Nevertheless, it was still quite good, offering a decent selection of options that were enjoyable. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities, contributing to a satisfactory stay. Overall, while the breakfast could have been improved, it still added positively to my experience, accounting for approximately 75% of my satisfaction during my stay.
