The front desk team is such a pleasure- Bruno and Saif are helpful and so so nice! Only recommendation/comment is that the happy hour/bartender has more knowledge of how to make cocktails.

Very clean, great location away from crowds with good restaurants close. Train station is also very close. The staff was very polite and accommodating. AC worked great as well.

Good hotel. Located away from the tourist routes. Very quiet hotel in a safe area. Near the metro. Breakfast is excellent. The room is fresh and comfortable. There is Netflix on the TV. Friendly staff. High-quality cleaning of the room.

Beautiful property. Staff were extremely helpful. Beautifully decorated. Reception staff gave good advice for sight seeing and were very welcoming. Coffee was amazing. Nice little happy hour at the bar with a free drink each evening and snacks.

Location was a little bit too far away than I would have liked for some of the locations we wanted to see. Roof terrace was great. Should make more of it with a bar and some music perhaps.

Hotel staff really friendly, always helpful. Gave us good advice around how to get about amd where to eat

Great location and a lovely hotel. Big showers, lovely bed and air con working perfectly. Breakfast (particularly great coffee) is great value too. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Roma. Fantastic staff who go above and beyond. Particular thanks to Kevin, Sharif and Iralia (sorry if we’ve got the spelling wrong) for looking after us so well

Wonderful stay at the BH Hotel and would totally recommend! It was so clean, well maintained and a perfect location with access to all the sights but not the crowds and chaos. The hotel itself is new, bright and clean. I cannot recommend this enough - the staff is friendly, attentive and responsible.

Water dripping all night down a pipe near our window. Was quite annoying. And made it difficult to get to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were excellent: clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Great location if arriving in Rome by train. The multi- lingual staff were very friendly and went out of their way to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The complimentary aperitif and Happy Hour were a nice touch. The rooftop terrace is lovely in the evening.
