It was a bit noisy, it's a room in an apartment with other guests and there was quite a bit of noise coming from the common area. As well as we could hear other guests talking/showering, which woke us up in the morning.

The host is extremely friendly, the breakfast is delicious and home made with love. The apartment is well-kept and you feel very welcomed there. All facilities are great.

Breakfast was a real highlight, especially the delicious homemade focaccia, which was simply unforgettable. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The biRose B&B Affittacamere, on a quiet street near the old town, is delightful. Our spacious, bright, and quiet room featured a lovely balcony where we enjoyed breakfast. These amazing breakfasts offered a wide selection and were presented by Federico’s mother and his wife. Federico and his family were exceptional hosts, providing excellent communication and helpful advice about Otranto and the surrounding area. Our two-night stay was too short.

It would be difficult to find a better place to stay in Otranto. Location is optimal for walking the town, parking is easy and Federico and his family give the highest quality of service and breakfast. Very comfortable bed, quiet area, and a terrace with wash basin and laundry line was very welcome for us. Exceeded expectations!

We stayed here by chance whilst exploring southern Italy and arrived at short notice in the evening. We were pleasantly surprised by the high standards of hospitality. We were met by our friendly and knowledgeable host Frederico who checked us in and showed us our room and explained everything in good English. The room was modern and light with a balcony. Breakfast was lovely and included home made pastries, coffee, a selection of cold cuts, cheese and fruit, served by Frederico's family. We were able to park our car in the street outside free of charge (winter only - but looked like free street parking nearby in summer). The town is well worth a visit complete with castle, harbour and cobbled streets.

A very nice and cozy place with a welcoming family. I highly recommend the breakfast. In the winter season, free parking spaces are available in front of the building, and during the summer, they provide free parking lots.

Simply nothing.

Especially, the whole family forced themselves to make us feel at home. Federico is an amazing man, he decribed everything in the room and in Otranto. They are preparing breakfast, all together make you happy and satistied with everything with stay. The rooms are modern and cosy, furniture and everything is so new and functioning well. Even breakfast on balcony makes you feel like part of an Italian family, with the sound of the neighbourhood. Highly recommended in Ortanto.

We had a comfortable, spacious room with a balcony. The room was immaculate. Federico is an amazing host who gave his time to ensure we had a fantastic stay at biRose B&B. We contacted him before our arrival and he was waiting to greet us. He helped us with our luggage, offered a welcome drink and took us to the reserved parking just down the road. Federico also made great suggestions for our itinerary and booked restaurants for us. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on our balcony which was prepared by Federico’s wife and mother and included tasty homemade focaccia and cookies. The B&B is in a convenient location less than 10 minutes walk from the old town. Thank you, Federico and family!

The location was great. You could walk to the port, the old town and the new town. The building was very nicely updated, the staff couldn't be more helpful, and the breakfast was great. They took great pride in their apartments and the city.

What can we say! This b&b exceeded our expectations - from the initial greeting by Federico to the complementary wine & the daily breakfast served by Federico’s wife & mother was all 10/10. Despite our Italian being minimal, we were able to converse and enjoyed our interactions. The parking space was so very helpful and we appreciated it a lot.

This B&B was very cozy, very personal, and very intimate. From the minute we arrived, Federico received us at the parking place with warmth and guided us to the B&B, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, and made us very very welcome. We were served homemade breakfast and it felt like home. It felt like being with a family and Federico and his family accommodated all our needs with their attention to detail. It was incredibly comfortable and nice.

The room is a good size but all the furniture makes space limited with luggage. We also prefer a double bed and not two singles put together. My bed was soft but comfortable.

Excellent location with reserved parking close by. Very helpful host and the welcome drink and bottle water in the room makes a difference. The balcony was wonderful for relaxing and enjoying our breakfast. The old city is very close and offers at lot of restaurant options. Excellent breakfast.
