some of the receptionist does not speak english . the hotel is just miles away from everything. The hotel charged me 312 euros and took the balance off my card by a mistake. They called us 5 taxis and they said they are not allowed to ask the taxi company for a price so the taxis came anc charged us 55 euros for 7km.

There is no bar, or other place to relax and work in the hotel (the restaurant is not active). The not-sweet options for breakfast are quite poor (as perhaps expected it Italy,m where everyone eat tons of sugar, but still disappointing how little care they put on it).

Nice room, extremely quiet and relaxing. Ideal for a business trip, to be rested the next day. Plenty of parking, and few nice restaurants close by.

However, the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness. The walls and ceilings had spider webs, and the carpet was dirty. With better maintenance and cleanliness, the hotel could easily achieve a higher rating.

Great staff and high level of hospitality. They always try to make you feel comfortable. The facilities are average.

The local transport (bus, trams and trains) were a bit hard to catch due to the distance from the city centre. But visiting the hotel with a car, then it is in really good location.

Breakfast was really good. Scrambled eggs, sausages and other pastries were delicious. Large variety of food! The room was clean and you can park your car for free in front of the hotel. The staff was polite.

Not so much. I recommend you to have a car otherwise you’ll need to walk a bit far

We are very happy about the staff and they are always with smiles and we didn’t experience it all the other hotels we stayed. Breakfast is simple and very good with varieties. The lady in the breakfast section is very kind and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will surely come back.

Everything good

Difficult to reach without a car, far from the center. The room is clean, there are many different hygiene items. The room has a mini fridge with drinks and snacks. Good breakfast.

Locked gate during night time.

Good hotel, looks slightly dated but I had a very comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and really made an effort to get me into my room quickly when I arrived in the early morning hours.

You have to drive through a industrial zone which doesn't feel very safe. Also the neighbourhood of the closeby restaurants don't feel very safe. The quality of the restaurants however very top.

Wonderful 4 star hotel. Beside a very nice park. Very quite location. You can park your car safe in their garage. The room was big and luxurous. The beds were very high standard. The bathroom is very nice and clean. We received 2 bottles of water as complimentary. The room also has minibar. Breakfast was very fresh and very good quality and enough choices.

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staf was very kind and polite. A plus for the underground parking. The food at the restaurant was tasty and varied.

There is nothing against

It was a good hotel, well organised with a four star rate in the past. Underground parking was available for easy reaching the floor of our room. Very good breakfast and equally good restaurant for dinner. We needed 30 to 37 minutes to arrive at Duomo. We had no need to go at that time. We know Milano from the past. Our task was a hotel near autostrada so as next day to visit Bergamo and then in the afternoon to get the plane from the BGY airport back home. But we did it. We went to Piazza Duomo the night before. Traffic was smooth. Underground parking next to Duomo was accessible. The Scala Theatre, and the shopping gallery a few minutes walking distance.
