Central location - walking distance to what Santa Margherita had to offer. Very boutique offering with decor to suit offering. Shout out to the Staff members - they were exceptional Single room is very compact - perhaps a little too compact.

Boutique hotel with the most impeccable service and attention to guests. High quality mattress and blanket. Responsive reception staff exceeded expectations. They helped me rent a boat as quickly as possible, so that after 30 minutes I was sailing to Portofino. Individual, friendly approach with maximum care and attention to guests. Thanks to Alessandro at the bar for attending to my thirst.

Couldn't fault a thing

This is now one of my favourite hotels. The staff are the best I have ever encountered, so friendly, always willing to help and offer great dining recommendations for both Santa and Portofino. The attention to detail and personal touch is phenomenal. Cocktails and food were expertly prepared and tasted so good The bar, restaurant and lobby are perfectly decorated, stylish and comfy. The bar serves amazing cocktails and wine, the breakfast is delicious and the pool side lunch with Prosecco was perfect (definitely worth the 100 euro for a day bed with lunch included)! Love it all. We are already planning our next stay. 10/10

100e to use a bed by the pool- although it comes with Prosecco water and crudités, it is expensive if you are hotel guests and there are only chairs otherwise.

I didn’t like the room decoration - at least it wasn’t as stylish as rest of the hotel.

The only thing we could not enjoy was the pool/rooftop facility. We understand that it’s over 16 years old, but it could have been lower to age 12 years old?

Staff are excellent and the decor/atmosphere of the hotel makes the stay really relaxed and welcoming. We will definitely stay again

We loved everything.

We loved the pool and loved the room. The hotel is very nice and the staff great. The breakfast was the best.

Very helpful staff, suggesting nice walks and restaurants in the area. Our bag was lost by the airline and the gentleman at reception kindly phoned up on our behalf - without being asked - to find out where it was and when it would be delivered. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice and a lovely outdoor seating area in the sunshine. Hotel is in a good location, close to all amenities but away from the main road. Would recommend!

Parking as with everywhere else in Italy is a real problem. It's these hidden costs that really annoy travellers.

whole team was super friendly, welcoming and attentive. Deco was unique and relaxing, lobby has a lovely cosy living-room feeling. Tiny room was truly tiny but not compromisig on style nor comfort.
