Beautiful eclectic decor great breakfast great location lovely staff

location was great minutes from center, did not eat breakfast but it looked good, room was a little small but worked for our needs

The hotel is very well located, the internal decoration is very charming, food is delicious (the best “a la norma” that I ever ate), and the staff is really great (sympathetic, resourceful, caring and friendly)

Room and bathroom could be more spacious (bathroom didn’t have proper space to hang towels), and breakfast could have more options (e.g., different juices, scrambled eggs)

Central location - walking distance to what Santa Margherita had to offer. Very boutique offering with decor to suit offering. Shout out to the Staff members - they were exceptional Single room is very compact - perhaps a little too compact.

No staff support with the luggage, we have to ask for it and we have done almost by ourselves At our arriving temperature of reception, and then in the common area, was not accettable (no condition in any time, they told us for energy savings) Room and bathroom really small and with dark color (very different from the picture) and no minimal view, only buildings Hotel is located in the middle of other building making the sensation of no air Pool was really too small

Boutique hotel with the most impeccable service and attention to guests. High quality mattress and blanket. Responsive reception staff exceeded expectations. They helped me rent a boat as quickly as possible, so that after 30 minutes I was sailing to Portofino. Individual, friendly approach with maximum care and attention to guests. Thanks to Alessandro at the bar for attending to my thirst.

This is now one of my favourite hotels. The staff are the best I have ever encountered, so friendly, always willing to help and offer great dining recommendations for both Santa and Portofino. The attention to detail and personal touch is phenomenal. Cocktails and food were expertly prepared and tasted so good The bar, restaurant and lobby are perfectly decorated, stylish and comfy. The bar serves amazing cocktails and wine, the breakfast is delicious and the pool side lunch with Prosecco was perfect (definitely worth the 100 euro for a day bed with lunch included)! Love it all. We are already planning our next stay. 10/10

100e to use a bed by the pool- although it comes with Prosecco water and crudités, it is expensive if you are hotel guests and there are only chairs otherwise.

Super cool and stylish design, location, breakfast buffet. Staff were helpful and friendly too.

I didn’t like the room decoration - at least it wasn’t as stylish as rest of the hotel.

It wasn’t a good value, very pricey for a hip hotel. Also we were there for high season in summer.

The only thing we could not enjoy was the pool/rooftop facility. We understand that it’s over 16 years old, but it could have been lower to age 12 years old?
