This place is not a proper hotel, it's just a divided furnished apartment. So there's absolutely no Room service or cleaning during this day. Breakfasy is just 1 piece of pastry and a hot drink athl the cafe in the building. You cant take .ore than , otherwise yiu have to pay. So it is not a bigget per se. The cafe is Not in the same apartment itself. I haven't seen or met the Owner in all four days of my stay. I had major concerns about the security, the apartment itself is not guarded or watched in anyway. It has cameras inside and the main doors has a password for entering. I could see a cupboard in the corridor with spare keys of all rooms. the owner didn't tell me about this. I went through the spare keys, and took out all the copies for my room. The upstairs neighh ors were so noisy and dqncing on the second night. I woke up at 1am and stayed awake for 1 hour till they went quiet. I told the owner of course.

The apartment is located in a well serviced and populated district and Just 50 metres away from the Metro station exit, The street has all kinds of shops and restaurants which was convenient The chocolate croissant at the cafe was remarkable.

There was very bad insulation between the apartments so we could hear the neighbours very well. Would also be nice with a couple of shelfes in the bathroom. It wasn't possible to shut the shower completely since there was a part missing, resulting in water on the bathroom floor.

The owner was very quick and helpful if we had any questions. Good instructions to find our room. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom.

The shower was a bit uncomfortable, only really cold or hot water came out of it. The shower pressure was also bad. There could have been more landing space for luggage. There was no breakfast, even though our reservation was ”breakfast included” (due to national holiday). But these are little things. Overall very nice.

The room was very clean and nice. Metro station right next door. The air conditioning was really good despite the loud noise it kept.

A small fridge will be great to get cold drinks as it was very hot on the days we stayed.

Good enough for sleeping after a long day of exploring Rome. Good it has airconditioning. Personally, I like the location, even it is around 20 minutes train ride to get to centre in Rome, the apartment is just a few steps from Metro and bus stops. The room is spacious enough for us two. The bathroom is small but good enough to use. Also good communication with host.

A small fridge and kettle will be great.Until 2024 December metro Line A closes at 9pm,so it is a bit hard to come back to room with crowded buses at night.( Bus letter is MA from termini ).One day there was a strike of the drivers so İ had to take a taxi to termini (20 Euro).

(2024 july) Air condition,bed,internet,towels and hair dryer are all good.Very close to metro (Line A, Giulio Agricola stop).İt takes about 20 minutes to go to center.Nice coffee+croissant breakfast is in the cafe, next building.Communication with the host is fast.No key,you have codes to enter the building and the room. We were lucky with the people in the close rooms,it was silent. Although the apartment is on the main road,it isnt annoying.There is a small balcony shared by the next room. Süpermarket is in the next building.

One of the bedsheet wasn't clean and you could add at least a kettle since there is no kitchenette.

So there are a lot of things I like about this accomondation. Firstly, location is great right next to a metro. We arrived super late, but thankfully there are pins to enter the flat. It is cleaned daily, and when we where there it was really calm and not noisy. Bed is really comfortable. Balcony is really great so that you can enjoy the view and relax. The breakfast is coffee and croissant, but it’s really tasteful. Overall I would definently recommend this place.

It was a bit loud and the pillows were a bit too big so sleeping was not very comfortable.

Thin walls do not prevent noise from neighbors (shower, loud speech, room locker tones), in winter heating by air conditioner needed (it would not be a problem if the staff didn't turn off the timer of heating before our arrival)

The owner is very kind. The most important thing for me is prompt reply. 20-25 min from the central by train, but very close to station (1min) and considering the price, I think it was the right decision to stay in this room. It was well cleaned,good wifi.

it was very clean and lovely decorated. small balcony and a nice bathroom. the manager was kind and was interest in our comfort. even breakfast was fine. Italian styl, just a croissant and a coffee. Very good hotel.

A little bit far from the city center (25-30 minutes by metro) No fridge in the room.

The room is situated in a nice neighbourhood, 3 minutes away from Giulio Agricola metro station, close to supermarkets and restaurants. The room was comfortable and cleaned up every day. The owners are really helpful and respond to messages straight away.

The place is easy to reach from Ciampino Airport via bus, checkin done online and keyless room and building. The room was clean and spacious, the air conditioning was working really well. The shutters were working and we managed to get pitch black to sleep great. There was a small table in the room, great to have a late takeaway dinner. The location is good if you don't mind riding the tube for about 20min to get "downtown".
