Quiet location within 100 meters of Piazza San Francesco Di Paolo and near to the historical heart of Palermo. Liked staying in this large classy period property. Clean throughout with a comfortable bed. Friendly host who provided a map and a knowledgeable briefing on all the key local sites, wish I had time to visit all of them - maybe next time.

Very nice and helpful host, Roberto. Warm welcome with a short introduction including sightseeing tips. Beautiful room with welcoming interior design. At the border of the old town. Super close to the main attractions in the city centre (5-10min walk). Mondello beach can be reached easily via bus within 35 min (Walk+Ride). Train and bus station with directions towards Cefalu, Catania etc. can be reached by foot within 20 min.

I had such a great stay in Palermo. I really knew very little about the city before visiting, so I was nervous about choosing the right accommodation. The location was perfect -- just a few minutes walk from the main drag, but quiet and peaceful at night. I felt totally safe, which as a solo female traveler is really important to me. Most notably, Roberto is wonderful! He's so kind and generous, and you can tell that he has such a love and appreciation for Palermo and is eager to share that with visitors. He took so much time to show me places on a map, and make recommendations, and at the end of my stay even to see if I needed a ride in the direction he was going that day. I truly couldn't have asked for anything better and would feel lucky if I got the chance to stay here again.

The bathroom of Eco room is a bit small.

The host is very kind, he was also very good guide to tell us the attractions of the city on a map, even using different color of pen for each period of the history. 💛 We booked the Eco room. The house has cool art pieces and is designed with a gusto. The location is very good to see both historical and modern places of the city.
