The accommodation does not offer breakfast, but there are dozens of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood where you can have exellent italian espresso and breakfast in the morning or dinner in the evening. the staff was extremely friendly, the room was comfortable, cleaned and towels changed every day. the A/C works flawlessly. there's also a small fridge so you can cool your beverage, and a cattle for morning instant coffee. It's great that my room had a small balcony with a city view. If you're not looking for exclusive accommodation, here is all you need to relax after a full day of sightseeing in Rome.

Comfortable hotel-like accommodation. Location was good, close to the Termini and quite close to metro stations to go to the city center. Overall really nice stay!

The bed was very uncomfortable, could feel springs popping on the mattress and the pillows were very old. We felt uncomfortable and pressured by a male member of staff that consistently reminded us to pay the city tax although we had already informed him we would pay it before we checked out. The cleanliness of the room was good but not great, we did notice hair in the bed and on the floor.

The location was good for what we had planned to do. Female member of staff checked us out when we were leaving, she was very friendly.

Very thing walls, though we were lucky with the neighbours. It was quite cold in the room the first evening, we asked for an additional blanket and got it the next evening

The staff responded a bit slowly to my messages.

The air conditioning didn’t work and we were arranged to another room. Overall, it was a typical kind of hotel room. The location was very close to Roma termini, so it’s very convenient to go to the airport.

Apartment was in a central location, although not in city centre it is very well connected to buses. Well air conditioned which was essential in the heat. The staff were super helpful and also had great communication.

If using the stairs be carful as they are slippery my boyfriend fell down some steps! Walls are quite thin so if you have noisy neighbours you will hear them

First night we had some difficulties to enter from main door but solution was succes having a personal keys for the main door. Also we had some toilet smell problem in the first day then it did diissapear.

The bad: the walls are thin and you can hear othert tenants. We were lucky as our neighbours were pretty quiet but if encounter loud people then you will be in trouble. The hotel's reception working hours are short, I wonder what's the point of the reception at all in this case...Also I think there is not enough space for clothes, 1 closet with two hangers and that's it. There's no iron or ironing board even though it is stated that each room is equipped with one.

The good: the room was clean, beds were pretty comfy, the location is very convenient. We had no trouble getting to the hotel and actually liked the vintage lift :) It is near Termini station so it is a great starting point on your travels.

You can't leave luggage after 1:30 pm when you check out.

Self check in was so easy, and that was big plus cause we arrived late. It was clean, near Roma Termini and almost all of sightseeings you can visit by walking. It was very quiet and elevator was good.

Thin walls, so you can hear people in other rooms.

Quiet neighborhood, although close to Termini station where you see a lot of homeless sleeping on the streets. It is clean and have always hot water. There are shops and restaurants around. Communication with owners was ok, they respond to WhatsApp messages.
