How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

The facility is located in the old (renewed inside) building, no really visible sign, name, banner or whatever - just small name plate on the door, hard to find it. Electric issues inside, blinking lamps (due to the old installation). No external toilet - just in the rooms.
Great location, 20 minutes walking from the airport, 5 minutes walking from the main train station, 20 minutes walking from the Leaning Tower. Renewed rooms with comfortable beds, nice and modern bathroom. Very nice and well prepared kitchen in the common area. Great contact with the administrator, he replies very fast, contact on WhatsApp works perfect.

It is not a hotel, it is more like a motel in a residential building with very noisy neighbors. We found it hard to fall asleep in the nights. We could not open the window ..it was locked and facing the street ..but we heard every noise coming from there. It was an ok stay for us as we spent almost of our time out and traveled by train.
Perfect location if you want to travel by train as it is very near to the train station. The area is not the best to live in but the room was very clean and good size for a family of three. There was complimentary coffee and tea in a shared kitchen with few snacks. You can ask them to clean the room if you want but we did not under our 4 days stay. Gani was very responsive, one day we found out there was no water in the tap and I wrote to him, he came quickly and tried to fix it within half an hour.. which we were very thankful for. Easy to check out as we just left the keys in a specific post-like box.

Good location, near the central station and we reached all main attractions by foot. Before check-in we received detailed instruction for check-in, all went smoothly. It is very clean inside and staff is responsive. Very convinient bed and rooms are renovated, our was exactly like in photos. The room size even exceeded our expectations. As a bonus there is a shared kitchen with coffee mashine and some snacks for breakfast. We got all we needed for a short stay, we would definetely stay here next time as well :) I recommend it.

Our room was looking at the street, where the traffic was heavy. But they also have rooms looking at the courtyard, which should be better.
Cozy and clean room, friendly staff. Upon request, a parking lot nearby is available.

(my opinion) only one flat pillow each so had to use my coat because i couldn’t sleep without a dozen pillows (just kidding)
it was in a good location for me and my husband, it was extremely clean and the staff were so kind and helpful. would recommend to people who are trying to go abroad to Poland and save money for more activities.

It was a little hard to find the B&B upon arrival, but not too big of a deal since a staff member came out to greet us. Others staying were loud late at night.
The room was large and clean. The bathroom was very clean. Very close to the train station, which was perfect for us. We ended up staying at the Bonaini Relax due to a train strike when we got stuck in Pisa. The staff was very kind to accommodate us almost immediately.
