You can hear the people from the other rooms. So, depending on the clients, you might have a great staying or a less nicer one. In my last room, the light of the entrance (of the room) was not working and it was a bit annoying.

The room and the staff are great! It was my second time there (first time 1/2yrs ago) and both time I had a great experience. I slept in two different rooms and can’t complain of any of them. Well located and clean.

WiFi in the apartment didn't work. The manager promised to fixe it and did everything that was possible but without a result. The mobile internet doesn't work properly in the apartment either. I was offered to move to another apartment as a solution but didn't want to move just for one night. Bad sound isolation from the street.

Nice and clean room, just like on the pictures, with a fridge and a coffee machine. Cleaning every day and fresh water in the fridge. Good location, some 15 min away from Teatro Massimo. The self check-in was simple and quick. The manager of the apartment was very helpful, available for questions and gave recommendations for places to visit.

Overall the whole stay was great but the facilities were a little old although 100% functional, they could use a little upgrade. Location itself is great but public transport of Palermo makes it difficult sometimes to move around. It takes about more than 25 mins on foot to get to Quattro Canti given the crowds of people alongside e-scooters and motorbikes. But still we would recommend this people if you don’t mind walking a bit more.

We stayed here as a couple. It was the same as in pictures. It was very clean and was getting cleaned everyday and was totally dust free. The presence of a coffee machine was great and complimentary espresso was renewed every day. Bed was comfortable and AC was a lifesaver in the Palermo heat. The location is good with nearby bakeries, cafes and restaurants and is in 15 mins of the Theather. The host Davide was really helpful as well!

No glass/solid cups in room. Only small paper cups and plastic ones, its ok but need to be careful to not burn hands while making espresso.

The blinds didn't close so it was was very bright at night luckily I exhausted myself during the day so I slept okay.

The hosts were extremely helpful and responded to any issue I had including helping me get my luggage back after airline lost it. The area was quiet yet enough noise in distance to have plenty in the area to do. The room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was awful. Check in was not pleasant. There were no instructions and when I got to the building and tried to call there was not really an answer. I got lucky someone else going inside let me in. The staff did not speak English and was rude, made getting an extra towel difficult and snatched it from me when there was one in the room when I arrived. she banged on my door one morning saying check out but I was checking out the next day. The shower works fine but is small.

Did not meet Davide but he was a good host gave helpful information and was very reachable by WhatsApp. Location is alright , close to the train station which is great. room is old but has a private bathroom and the bed is comfortable. Walkable to the area with busy restaurants and bars

The room and bathroom are old and need renovation. The shower cabin is broken and cannot be closed. The coffee machine is ancient and coffee leaks from it onto the table. The Wi-Fi is very weak, it did not work most of the time.

Communication with the host was easy. The accommodation offers the possibility to leave luggage in the storage room free of charge.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean. Apartment has due repairs and improvements needed: 1). Shower head and its base need replacement. 2) Overloading of circuit breaker means that we couldn't shower one night because there was no hot water 4) One of the 3 metal shutters doesn't work and since there is no blackout curtain, the room isn't dark at night.

The one thing that we did not like that the room was not that clean. The bed linen were old and the towels smelled.

The room was good, not that spacious but had everything needed. We took the double bedroom. We had a large balcony which was really nice. Davide put a big water bottle each day which was really helpful as sometimes you forget to buy water at night. Davide was really nice helped us even after we checked out. They had luggage storage option for free in another apartment that he owns a couple of minutes walk.

Although we weren't expecting breakfast to be included, the pictures that we saw on website were totally different of how the actual room looks like. We were expecting a bigger room and also a sofa included ( reason why we book this room) We had a coffee machine in the room, but I found it very dirty, I had to clean it myself as coffee was all around it and underneath and to make tea I had to clean the machine even more as a kettle was not available.Shower doors broken and shower drain was block which again I had to do it myself as water was all over the floor. Cleaners were there daily, but didn't look that they did much apart from adding extra coffee or clean towels. Didn't look like the floor was clean daily either. My sister broke one of her bracelets and parts of it was still on the floor till last day. Neighbours a bit scary, we just made coffee/tea around 20:00/21:00 and they just hit our wall and the TV almost fell.

There was no breakfast included, just coffee.
