Place was super quite. And Francesca super kind and always helping in any doubt or support. I crash my mobile during my stay and she helped me find a good place to fix it. Besides it was amazing as the wasp did not get near the breakfast tables, great work controlling it as in the island they are everywhere.

We absolutely loved our stay, one of our favourites of all time. The views are stunning, the rooms are super clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast is served every morning with a breath taking view. And to top it all off, Francesca is an all star host, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and really made us feel like we were staying with family.

Located in a peaceful rural area about 20-25 mins outside Olbia with fabulous views of the countryside and the sea, Francesca’s tasteful property is much more beautiful in reality than it looks online. Accommodation is also very generous & private and breakfast was superb.

The location is fantastic with beaches only a few minutes drive away and lots of restaurants and bars in nearby Golfo Aranci. The 360 degree views from the property are simply stunning. Francesca took excellent care of us and I would fully recommend this for anyone wishing to experience the wonderful Sardinian landscape and hospitality.

There’s nothing to dislike!!

There’s a sense of peace and tranquility that is hard to describe! The sunsets are incredible. The breakfast on the verandah overlooking the surroundings, and the beautiful bays in the distance get you well prepared for the rest of the day!!

We had a lovely stay and truly appreciated the exceptional views and the exceptional hospitality. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect retreat to unwind. That said, the accommodations are quite simple, and families with children might want to note that there are no specific facilities or entertainment options for kids. Although our 7 years old loved the place and Francesca has organized some beach toys for him, that really made him very happy. Overall, a great choice for those seeking serenity and natural beauty.

The place was amazing! The location was perfect: a little bit remote but with an amazing view and a short ride away from the beach. Francesca helped with everything and fixed every little concern in 0.5s. The breakfast was also the best i have had in a hotel.

If you are after a relaxing and recharging stay in a Sardinia, in a calm area a little bit remote, search no more. You will be surrounded by nature, hills, vineyards and the sea. Very comfortable accommodation with all amenities. Breakfast is great. Italian hospitality.

The location was perfect for exploring the north side of Sardinia. The rooms were a great size and equipped with everything we needed. The host Francesca was very helpful with her suggestions for places to visit and where to eat, very responsive to all requests. Excellent break fast too. 100% Recommendable stay !

Everything was perfect.

Excellent hospitality, service, facilities and breakfast on a stunning rural property with beautiful panoramic views. Accommodations are all two-unit stand-alone cottages which are well spaced out for optimal privacy on the large property. Francesca was very kind and always happy to answer questions, provide advice and to meet any of our needs. She spoke excellent English and was a true professional. Breakfast was outstanding and plentiful! We were extremely happy with everything!
