The staff went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met, always offering polite, accommodating, and respectful service. We stayed in Room 116, which was both cozy and well-appointed. The hotel’s location is ideal, and the surrounding grounds are beautifully maintained, offering a tranquil escape. One highlight of our stay was the breakfast. While we anticipated a simple continental spread, we were delighted by a vast selection of fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, and made-to-order coffee. The variety and quality were impressive. A special mention must go to the lady overseeing the breakfast area, whose warm hospitality and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. She made us feel incredibly welcome and catered to all our needs with care and professionalism. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, excellent service, and a memorable stay.

The walls are quite thin so we found it noisy as we could hear guests in other rooms coughing as well as noises from outside.

They lady who checked us in was not friendly at all. Very disappointing. Think she needs to find a job that does not entail customer contact.

Was very clean and had beautiful grounds. The breakfast was great and Bruna was amazing in her service. Maybe the lady who checked us in on Saturday could take some training from her. A smile costs nothing but means the world to everyone.

Compared to our stay five years ago, the rooms are starting to look run-down. ie. lots of scratches on the walls, peeling headboard and stool.

All of the walls inside the rooms an corridors where full of black stripes. Some furniture had issues in the rooms, for example broken corners or really worn-out(leather chair). For me the breakfast wasn't great i was hoping for some salty food, but there was a lot of sweets, like multiple cakes that tasted good, but still sweet.

The place is quiet an next to the highway. Rooms where modern and spacious. There is enogh parking for many cars. It's a ok stay for 1 night for the price. Outside was pretty in Evening.

The hotel also hosts wedding and similar functions and occasionally these can cause some minor inconvenience.

This was the third stay at this hotel over a number of years. We like the warm welcome and the comfortable rooms as well as the breakfast. The surrounding gardens add to the restful experience.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for a short stopover during a long journey, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The owner was absolutely fantastic, welcoming, kind, and very attentive. She even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The experience at the restaurant was just as pleasant. The staff were all incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel truly at home. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was excellent. Though our stay was brief, it left a lasting impression. We’re grateful for the hospitality and would definitely come back if we’re ever passing through again. Highly recommended!

Room dated. Moisture on the wall. The pillow was smelling so much that we could not sleep on it. The air condition is still a mystery if and how was working. The room was smelling chlorine.

The staff people were super nice and very helpful. The food served in the restaurant was delicious.
