Relatively small room.

We did love hotel's location: hill top with awesome view over valley, absolute tranquility along the day and during night, friendly and helpful staff and lovely swimming pool with small bar serving snacks and refreshments.

We loved everything about this place. The staff were amazing, accommodating and friendly. The place and the views were out of this world. It was a piece of paradise hidden in the hills of Umbria.

2nd stay here, a beautiful place on a hill top, great pool and wonderful views. Very relaxing and nice restaurant with good food. I am sure we will go again.

Sat nav sending us up a dangerous dirt track to get there, but that’s not the hotel’s fault! There’s a perfectly good road that takes you to the doorstep.

Stunning location, beautiful views at every turn. Wonderful rustic buildings have been given a luxurious makeover, in a secluded hilltop location. A perfect getaway.

No AC working in our room, was extremely hot 🥵 and noisy because we opened the windows to let some air in. Even though we let them know about how hot was our room, they didn’t seem to try to help us. Very uncomfortable night.

The wasps around the pool! So many it made me too uncomfortable to sit around it. I have been bitten before.

Classic rustic style Villa with very clean and comfortable accommodation. Staff were very friendly and service was excellent. They were very accommodating to our cycling needs as we were there with a cycling group. Grazie mille!

Dinner service on Sunday night was very slow so we were overtired by the time we were served our meal (well after 9:30 pm).

A beautiful comfortable and special place to stay set in the hills away from it all. Beautiful views. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool and the facilities especially after walking the Camino Via San Francesco for the day! Great breakfast too and staff were all very nice.

We don’t mind walking, but the parking lot is a bit of a walk on cobblestone- if that would bother you.

Clean and beautiful location, but a little off the beaten path. We would have loved to have more time there. Anna, at reception was fantastic. They have a wonderful breakfast.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location the view over the valley was stunning especially at sunset. Clean, tidy, spacious room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Free parking onsite. Evening meal and breakfast was great.

Wonderful location with views all round. Well kept grounds, pool, restaurant terrace and very well restored buildings. Food very good and generous portions. A very relaxing place to spend all day by the pool but also great base for sightseeing.

Our only disappointment was some noisy people in the room above us but that of course is no fault of the hotel.

What a magnificent and very special property! The location is superb, the buildings are so historic and beautifully appointed. Breakfast was excellent and dinner in the restaurant was superb. Our waiter was wonderful and highly professional. The reception staff were also excellent and spoke wonderful English for which we were very grateful.

Booked a room for me, my husband and our newborn son indicating the age (which is below 1 year). The crib had to still be requested by me despite the booking and there was 10€ extra charge once I did it. Usually for this type of hotels it’s provided at no cost, but ok…that wasn’t the worst. Once we arrived we noticed that there are tables being prepared for an evening celebration. We asked where the windows of our room will be facing and it turned out to be facing the front yard where the party will be. We asked if they noticed in our booking that we are here with the baby and they said we used booking.com for making reservation and there was no way of contacting us (hello? It’s not true!). Anyway, we needed to insist on changing the room. Hospitality or at least common sense? I’m not sure. To our surprise at the breakfast the tables had room numbers on it and we were allowed to only sit at the designated table which hotel staff decided on. I’ve travelled A LOT for both business and leisure- first time I’ve seen something like this.
