Everything was very good. The apartment was large and very comfortable. The beds were also excellent and gave us a good sleep each night. Staff were excellent; kind and attentive. Location is also super for touring around the medieval villages and towns in and around Chiusi.

The kitchen is not really usable for anything besides maybe some eggs in the morning. The continental breakfast at the restaurant in the back was good, but maybe too expensive per person. The sauna and overall temperatures made the apartment very humid, but in September it still wasn’t too cold. Meaty menu, especially the deconstructed burger, is not worth the money.

We booked the room with a sauna and really enjoyed it. The staff is exceptionally nice. They also have a private pool. They serve breakfast in the restaurant out back for additional payment. The surrounding area is really nice. There is a big enough parking for all the guests.

We thought our rooms (deluxe junior suites) would open on to the grounds, but instead they were situated in blocks with stair access.

Food in the restaurant was very nice, but the options are limited. There is also a good restaurant next door if you want a bit more variety. WIFI was a bit weak.

The place looks absolutely stunning. The real Tuscan feeling. There is also a lot of shadow around the pool, which was good with the high temperatures. Staff are very friendly and accommodating - even not all speak English.

We loved our room. It was so beautiful, we also had a great view of the gardens. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was so friendly! Arianna and Lara were amazing. Borgo Dolciano exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect tuscan getaway. We can't wait to come back.

Some areas look old but not bad at all. Some other areas in the room look like they are recently renewed and everywhere everything was very clean.

Me and my family have been on vacation in Italy. It was our first experience in Toscana. The location of Borgo Dolciano is very nice, everything is green around, nice view to outside. My family very satisfied. Breakfast was included and it was in italian style, we enjoyed a lot. There is some quiet friendly dog, my children played and had some fun. The room itself is spacious and interior is interesting. There is turkish sauna in a bathroom. We have only positive emotions about that accommodation.

Located in the true countryside in Toscana, surrounded by trees and greens. It's a nice place to feel relaxed and calm. The suite we had has decent size and good views. It has a traditional Italian design with a touch of modernity. The hostess is a super friendly girl, giving suggestions and helping out with our questions. The breakfast is typical italian type of breakfast and delicious.

We had a great stay @ Borgo Dolciano. The staff was friendly and the whole property very beautiful and stylish. The breakfast setup in newly renovated barn setup is very nice. Also the garden area, where you can enjoy a romantic dinner under the trees. Kids also loved the pool with an outdoor shower.

The breakfast is a bit poor, there is no savoury options, and you have to pay extra 10euro per person if you want your towels to be changed. But other than that everything was great.

The most beautiful location, so peaceful, you can experience a true tuscan style of life. You are just one hour away from other attractions, Florence, Sienna, Pienza … Stuff at the place are super helpful and nice.

We had to stay only 1 day, otherwise we’d enjoy also a swimming pool and winery just at the territory.

Very friendly staff. We were booking last minute and arriving late but the staff accommodated to our needs with a lot of support. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with toiletries, towels, etc.
