Only thing we could say if that a little difficult to locate where to find the host, we arrived at night and struggled to find the correct door to meet and collect our keys. One of our apartments (downstairs) didn’t have an oven/toaster or microwave - only a hob. The other (upstairs) had an oven and hob.

Our stay was really lovely and we found the property easily by Google maps. Offered stunning views, spacious apartments which were fully heated and comfortable - exactly what we needed for our short stay in January. Good quality WiFi that was included. The host provided us with a lot of information about shops, where to eat etc. which was really helpful for us over our stay. Very reasonably priced for the two apartments we had booked - even recieved a lovely upgrade. We would defintely return!

There are quite a few steps up from the parking.

Beautiful small hotel. Great location with views over the surrounding countryside. The pool area is great. The two-storey apartment was great value and very comfortable. We enjoyed having lunch in the outdoor dining area. Breakfast was amazing. The host was very friendly. Great for visiting Montepulciano, Perugia and Castiglione del Lago.

Accommodation with a beautiful view. The necessary dishes for cooking were available, but you have to bring everything else yourself, from oil, spices to coffee, tea and sugar. The bed was comfortable and the sunrise was wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay at Borgo Solario, which has stunning views and is set in a quiet spot. The location is a good base for exploring Lake Trasemino and further afield. The apartment was clean and spacious and the property (and pool) were lovely. Michelle was a great host.

The narrow dirt roads with potholes everywhere to get there. Not that this was the owners fault in any way but the location could be better overall. The guy who owns this place wasn't very helpful when I had asked him a question and didn't offer any advice. If you like a more interactive experience with your host this place isn't the best for that (they could of offered more information on the sights near by, or their favorite restaurants). It was a great home away from home overall, though.

Beautiful renovation, loved the exposed beams. The bathroom was very nice. The whole place was thought out very well. Great place for relaxing, quiet. Loved the cats around the property. They seemed uninterested in humans, but to be fair, if I lived there, I'd be disintersted too (heaven for cats). The bed and pillows were very comfortable, I have back and neck issues so this was important. The grocery store was not too far from the property.

The agriturismu runs like an Airbnb so there's no daily cleaning of the room and the towels. If you need any fresh items for the room you have to keep asking the hosts every time.

Very friendly hosts and the location is great overlooking the hills. Apartment is spacey and comfortable. The cats on the property are really cute and friendly :)

Loved Borgo Solario! We rate based on purpose. Wanted a place to sit and enjoy meals, cook if we wanted while enjoying the peace and quiet countryside. Close to Montepulciano, Cortona, Castiglione Del Lago, Lake Trasimeno and Perugia. Super clean, great communication, Michelle and Sergio are incredible hosts. Suggested great things to do and went above and beyond in helping. Very keen to visit again, great experience.

We stayed in a ground floor apartment and it can be very loud if the people staying above decide to be.

Amazing restored villa and the owners are lovely. The Appartment is large with full cooking services. The bed was very comfy and the WI-FI worked well. The view from our apartment balcony had an amazing view of the country side.

A very sincerely family business. The apartments are lovingly furnished, the property is wonderfully maintained and the view and location is a dream. There was always a contact person. Absolutely recommendable!
