Only slight thing was the bathroom light being on a sensor and when I was in the shower it turned off mid way through shower.

The location of the property was fantastic. It was a little noisy at night but I had already seen reviews and it’s to be expected with the location. The aircon in the bedrooms were good and it was nice to have a bathroom each. Sandro allowed us to check in early, which was really helpful. Apartment was clean and nicely decorated. The WiFi was good. Facilities were all good.

Very central in Pisa. Short walk from central station and shops, restaurants and cafe just outside the door. The apartment is spacious a nod have 4 bedroom with bathrooms. Ideal for groups. The host was very helpful and responded very promptly.

Streets are a bit noisy at night but that is expected due to the location. 3rd room is not that much spacious as others, the bed at the gallery is a bit difficult to reach (via a spiral staircase).

Spacious, fully renovated, nicely preserved apartment in the old city. Each room has its own bathroom and there's a common area with fully equipped kitchen. Cleaniness is excellent. Sandro is super kind.

Lovely apartment, nice and warm. Good communication from owner. Great location, little noisy at night but didn't bother us as tired from the day. We were 4 female friends, the sofa bed was made up for us as requested, not very comfy. Plenty of hot water. 10 minute walk to train station, where we got the train to Florence one day and to Lucca the next, both beautiful places, trains very good and easy to use. Pisa is beautiful too and the Tower was about a 15 minute walk. Big apartment, no lounge area, we congregated in the Kitchen, rooms nice and big with two en suites and another bathroom, so no fighting over showers. Water boiler a bit noisy in first bedroom, but only when people showered or used toilet. Would highly recommend this apartment as very clean and excellent location.

It was noisy at night as we were located in the centre. Putting the waste in the street bin was a bit confusing.

Sandro was fantastic, he was in contact before we arrived and accommodated all of my requests. He offered us an alternative apartment so we could check in earlier at no extra cost which helped as we had a baby. The apartment was in a great location, it was clean and roomy. Each room has its own private bathroom. Lovely decor. Would highly recommend.

The location was a little challenging to find. Our GPS didn’t find it directly, we had to use a couple of different systems to find it, but once we were there, it was fine. One suggestion would be for the host to provide some car service options/information. We realized too late that you have to reserve a taxi 24-hours in advance. We needed transportation to the airport and it was challenging to find alternate transportation. It worked out in the end, but having that information in advance would have saved some time.

The home was very nice and had a lot of character! We had 5 people and both couples and a single had their own rooms and bathrooms. The location was very close to shopping and restaurants. It was also close enough to the train station to walk - very convenient. Our host was very helpful. We had a few questions once we arrived and he was helpful and informative!

Only that the cleaning lady was a bit unpleasant when we were dumping our bags in the flat (as agreed on with the host), as we were early for official checkin. She didnt like us using one of the bathrooms.

Well-located, close to nice restaurants and shops. Easy to walk to the Tower Complex and to the train station.

We liked everything about our place in Pisa. It was a spacious apartment right in the heart of the city. We could walk to the sights, there were many great restaurants nearby, yet it was quiet and comfortable. Sandro was an incredible host; very responsive and even allowed us to stay later in the apartment to accommodate our late afternoon flights. I would highly recommend Borgo Suites.

Nothing the property was excellent

The property was an excellent size, clean, renovated to a high standard and the host Sandro was fantastic. The location was excellent to enjoy all that Pisa has to offer. Being next to the shops, restaurants and a busy square with a lively atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable and so much space for 7 friends to enjoy.

Very noisy in all the rooms due to property being on the main street/bar nearby and neighbors terrace , apartment was not too clean , kitchen was outdated including appliances ,missing dishwasher , no wifi in the kitchen nor in the first room(couch area) , only 1 tv in the kitchen (small) rarely having 1 wifi line, drain problem in one of the bathrooms , shower was overflowing/ shower head leaking and spraying, small shower cabin ( barely fit ) , lights would turn off wile in the shower because it was triggered by motion sensor, had to open shower door when switched off. A small window in the lower part of the same bathroom with clear view of all pedestrians and bars nearby when sitting on the toilet , lack of privacy .

Very big apartment with plenty of rooms and a mix of modern and vintage, good location , 15 min walk from train station, close to main objectives and streets, staff was very friendly and supportive. Upper room with spiral staircase was fantastic , 3 bathrooms .

Waiting outside of the door for the key for one hour even though we agreed a certain time.When we entered the apartment was not clean and we had to send again the cleaning lady. Last day the cleaning lady came one hour earlier than expected and insisted on checking out even though we agreed on a certain time
