They can’t do anything about the partying in the street but people better know about it. Though I had no problem falling asleep.

Great views on to the lake and cosy bedroom. Lovely village.

The communication with the first receptionist! He gave us a parking pass but he didn't explain to us the rules about the parking area, on the pass there were only two zones where it was forbidden to park , so at the end I got a fine, because the rules were unclear, and I had to pay it. The first receptionist said "it's not my fault". SO, pay attention, you can park in ONLY in the street in front of the Hotel (there are 15 places)

There was no parking available so loading and unloading suitcases from our taxi was extremely difficult. The property is very rustic and rooms were in fair, but not great condition.

Nice lakefront hotel in a small Italian town. Hotel staff were very friendly, and breakfast was served across the road on the lake front promenade. The hotel is only 4okm from Rome Airport.

Breakfast could have had a few healthy or savoury snacks as well (there were a lot of cakes and sweets) but I was able to find something I liked. Oranges and coffee were delicious. I liked the room, but if I had travelled with someone else, it could have been a little awkward as the shower/toilet area had a window pointing towards the room/bed, so there would have not been any private area to change clothes etc.

The location was great! Very comfy bed. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating of all my needs and requests throughout my visit.

The refrigerator was not working, and the entryway door handle fell off. The staff was very gracious when we shared our concerns.

The staff did a wonderful job communicating before, during, and after our trip. The view of the lake was spectacular from the balcony, and many restaurants, bars, and other services were very close.

Wonderful setting with a lake view from the terrace, helpful staff, great breakfast and tea/coffee making facilities and fridge in the room. We had a very enjoyable day in the town, a great meal at a nearby restaurant and an evening on the terrace watching the busy lakefront nightlife. Parking was a bit busy but the hotel gave us a parking permit which meant we only paid .50 cents a day
