Loved everything

We loved the property, the pool, the spacious room and balcony. The staff were welcoming and very helpful! The area was beautiful and very peaceful with flowering trees and plants, stone walls, historic buildings, vineyards, olive groves and farms and a beautiful view of the sea. We enjoyed biking on the small winding roads( bikes were available from hotel!). It was a quick drive to Polignano. The breakfasts were incredible! Sunsets spectacular.

Very special structure, in the middle of nature, amazingly preserved, great rooms, facilities- bikes for free, got an upgrade to a suite- it was beautiful, very large, lots of space, private garden and a lot of places to sit outside

The gym was quite small. Has some free weights, 10 kg max. and 1 weight machine but that was not working. A few cardio machines.

It is a beautiful countryside resort with lovely accommodations and staff. We ate dinner twice at the restaurant and it was quite good. Breakfast offering is complete and tasty. Also used the spa for facial and body scrub-superb. There is a shuttle that can take you to and from the sea

Beautiful hotel perfectly located. Excellent facilities. Wonderful staff - couldn’t have been more helpful. The spa is lovely. Shuttle to and from Polignano is added bonus.

Lunches left us hungry. I really enjoyed the dinners but it was challenging for vegetarian children as there weren’t so many options for them. The car service was very professional but I think next time we would hire a car for more flexibility.

So peaceful, the beds were really comfortable and the staff were just wonderful! We really enjoyed the spa and the pool was quiet and very calm.

Beautiful and serene place to stay and use as base to visit nearby places like Polignano da Mare, Ostuni, Locorotondo, Alberobello…. The breakfast was excellent and very complete. The restaurant is delicious and the service is first class. Special thanks to Desiree’ and Fabian for making our stay wonderful!

Children under 16 are not allowed in the spa area. It was already cold outside and we had to persuade them to let the child at least go into the indoor pool to warm up. We had to call the senior manager to get such permission. Very low quality dinners at the hotel. The menu hardly changed every day.

Excellent and helpful staff. Lovely countryside area surrounding of the hotel. Quiet around. Perfect cleanliness. The reception will always answer any request.

Location is a little hard to get to and nothing around the property so you need transportation.

Beautiful views. Wonderful white architecture that conform to local surroundings. Very nice wine bar.

Unfortunately the spa had to be closed due to a fire caused by faulty wiring. Half of the building including the rest of my family had to be evacuated to another hotel in the middle of the night> My room was affected as the smoke monitor was flashing and I did not get a restful sleep. When I complained of this I was given a small credit for my trouble.

I liked the hotel view and quiet location. My room was spacious enough for a suite.

The room was a. little bit outdated.

The people were really nice and trying to always adjust to our needs. The room was spacious and location was quite good. Breakfast and dinner were very nice with a really nice view.

We felt that some of the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. We were rarely greeted with a smile, which is a minimum we expect from luxury resorts. Some of the staff were great though - Desiree and Aleandro on the breakfast terrace were always smiling and warm (as well as being efficient and helpful) and the girls in the spa were very friendly and pleasant too.

The resort is absolutely stunning and very peaceful. The pool and surrounding area were lovely for relaxing and the pool was large enough that you felt you could have your own space (if wanted). My husband and I had a lovely experience in the spa (facial and massage) and the breakfasts and coffee were very good. Also the shuttle service down to Polignano a Mare was really helpful and always seemed to be available for use.

It is important for people to know that the property is not next to Polignano a Mare, but a 10-15 minutes by car, in a rural area, without transportation, therefore I would recommend coming only by car.

Incredible property, with views of Polignano a Mare from the breakfast reastaurant. Room was large and comfortable. Very good breakfast and upscale service. Swimming pool was beautiful!

Pool assistant needed to get off his phone, not sure what his job description was but no help was given to guests around the pool at all, he hurried to tidy up a little at end of day but disappeared before finishing.. his attitude needs to improve dramatically!

Fabulous hotel, staff were fantastic, facilities were great & Friday night event held in the piazza was do much fun!
