The kitchen was a little limited on equiptment. The aircondition only worked partly.

The pool area was very nice and clean. The appartment was clean and had a very nice balcony. The bathroom was spacious and nice. The rooms and beds were good. The staff was very helpfull and nice.

Missing items in the flat which would be nice to have in order no to shop for these items: cleaning sponge, cleaning product, kitchen towel, scisors. For the price I think it could be delivered. It's not for the price, you can get all these at the grocery store not far, but you have to get there. We had a car, but if you don't have one, it's not very easy. The person at the reception during the check in was not smiling at all, it seemed like we were bothering her. Not a welcoming word, even if I tried to speeak italian. I noted the fact that some items in the kitchne are missing, the answer was: 'It was mentioned in the document you receuved'. Well, I double checked: there is no mention of this in the BOOKIN.COM reservation, and it is not mentioned in the check-in document that we received. The same lady at the check out when asked if we can stay around the pool until the afternoon said we are not authorized to use the swimming pool after checking out... It's the first time I hear that.

This is a big nice 2 bedrooms apartment with very functional airconditioning. The location of the condos is great, close to Arbatax town center. The pool area is clean, the pool water is warm and clean (no chlorine). There's a bar at the pool where you can order drinks and snack, very useful.

Very neat and organised property. Help was always available when needed . The pool was clean and the bar was very affordable. We will be back soon .

The apartment is big, comfortable, clean, quiet! I didn’t have the time to enjoy the swimming pool, but it looks amazing for a relaxing day! Great location for the boat tours, different coffee shops and restaurants too! Staff is lovely!

Loved it all.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The property was well kept and the grounds were beautiful. Loved the different coloured buildings, beautiful gardens and the small of rosemary. There was always place to sit at the pool and have a drink, sunbath etc. It was the perfect base for us to visit all the amazing beaches which surround Arbatax. We absolutely loved it.

Amazing atmosphere around the pool and in the garden. Our apartment was really large, perfect air-condition and cleaning service in the middle of our stay was really nice and surprising.

Wifi cuts out and you have to constantly login again. I understand the concept of an appartement rental but was surprised they do not provide washing detergent for handwashing the dishes.

We wanted to stay for couple hours after the check out at the pool, just to spent some time away from the heat before departure with the kids, but we were asked no to use the pool due to insurance reasons. I found that quite strange. Maybe I got lost in translation, but it sort of ruined my mood. Anyway, I would probly visit again.

The place is very nicely located, in a calm area, close to the harbor but away from the main street. They have very nice pool with bar along side. The accommodation was great, everything was working as it should :) .

Really handy location to beaches and shops. Staff were fantastic. Has shared laundry (new to pay for washing machines of course), ice maker and freezer, nice pool, bar and good coffees and croissants. Would recommend.
