United KingdomBreakfast needs work - concentrate fruit juices is just plain BAD. Egg boiler not hot enough and selection of hot cooked options poor. The shower door design in the room looks impressive but in practice is pretty useless. Toilet, bidet AND toilet hose seems pretty overkill to me?
Location great and staff all very friendly. Wellness area was clean, spacious and modern. Rooms fairly basic but comfortable.

Everything! The pictures don’t do it justice at all. Our hotel stay was an absolute joy! The boot room was clean, fresh, spacious and with plentiful seating and a short walk to the main lift. Indoor parking was spacious. The spa facilities were an added bonus with so much space to relax - which we only shared once with two others.

Great, cauzy, heart-welcoming hotel with kind and welcoming stuff, family atmosphere and great location. Spa was superb and relaxing and we could enjoy it almost only by ourselves because of pre-season period 😇 Excellent breakfast, nice playroom (with snooker and hand-football), covered garage, easy walk to main gondola in La Thuile. Great Dahu pizzeria is next door 😎 A-priori - we were also pleasantly surprised by the fact that the hotel uses geothermal energy for heating: The Hotel Boton d’Or is the first hotel in the Aosta Valley to use a geothermal heating system: thanks to 30 water sources developed at a depth of 150m. below the hotel, the temperature of the earth is transformed into heating and hot water.

Great hotel with fantastic staff. Rooms very clean & comfortable. Showers in bathrooms great but the shower cubicles are very small. Nice selection at breakfast and hotel is in a great location for ski lifts.
