Our stay in Florence was truly unforgettable! From the very beginning, the host made us feel incredibly welcome — he personally greeted us, handed us the keys, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. Organizing our check-in and check-out times was simple and flexible, which made everything even more relaxed and stress-free. The host went above and beyond, providing us with detailed information about how to reach the apartment, nearby bus stops, and useful local tips. He also shared wonderful recommendations for must-see attractions and the best spots to enjoy authentic Italian food. Thanks to his advice, we discovered places and experiences we might have otherwise missed! The apartment was in a perfect location — just a few minutes from a bus stop, making it super easy to explore Florence and the surrounding areas. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully prepared. To our delight, we found a variety of traditional Italian snacks, fresh fruits, and a fridge fully stocked with water, juices, and even a bottle of champagne — such a thoughtful and generous touch that made us feel truly special. We are so grateful for the kindness and care we received throughout our stay. It was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had. We would absolutely love to return one day and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence with all our hearts!

The apartment is wonderful! Freshly renovated, very comfortable, beautiful and cosy and the owner is very nice and very helpful! We very much appreciated that the owner bought us food to start as we arrived very late. I would recommend to everyone, a wonderful stay.

Excellent newly renovated, well appointed and beautifully designed apartment! Not far from S M Novella station. A bus stop a minute walk away to take you to the heart of Florence in less than 15 min. The accommodation was very nice in a quiet neighbourhood with great restaurants nearby and two large supermarkets two streets over. The host was most welcoming and generous! Full kitchen with all kinds of breakfast goodies and great coffee. Overall, had supper pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

When you thought you cannot be more suprised than seeing the lovely streets and atmosphere of Firenze, you meet an extraordinary person such as Ivan, that made your stay in Florence unique. Bric Nest was the perfect accomodation for us. Big rooms, with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Absolutely nothing was missing. Even the small details, as the sweets on the table, the coffee and the jams for the breakfast were everything we need in the early mornings or in the evening after a long walk. The distance to the city center is not a "negative" aspect, as we were TOURISTS, and what a tourist do...walk and explore the city, even the beautiful neighborhood of the accommodation, plus easy access to public transportation, if needed. Hopefully we will come back to Firenze and especially to this lovely place! Thank you, Ivan!

The accommodation at BRIC NEST exceeded all my expectations; everything was superb. The apartment is exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, everything is brand new, and it's very well equipped. The host, Ivan, is very friendly and helpful; he showed us all the details and even left some things for breakfast. The apartment is located in a quiet area, a 10-minute bus ride or a 40-minute walk away. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Ivan was a pleasure. He greeted us and showed us the place and provided a nice bottle of Chianti and another wine on departure. He was very attentive via Whatsapp and made us feel very welcome. The place itself was the perfect size for 2 travellers, and the kitchenette was big enough to cook a few breakfasts and dinners. 25 min walk into town was fine as this place was great value. Big bedroom was a bonus.

A lovely flat renovated to a very high standard throughout. Ivan is very pleasant and helpful . The flat is spotlessly clean and full of thoughtful touches and quality linen, lovely decor and art etc. Third floor up stairs and a short bus ride into town. I would highly recommend a stay. Not suitable for the infirm.

The apartment is very nice. Ivan, the owner, greeted us and gave us the tour, since he is an architect and he is the one who remodeled this apartment he was able to describe beautifully everything about the building and the apartment. The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor of a very old building (no elevator), it is possible to park on the street on the blue zones, but beware that it is not cheap at about 25 Euros per day. The apartment is spacious and very clean and nicely decorated. It has a small balcony with a nice little table where we had breakfast everyday. Ivan left for us complimentary water and a few other things in the fridge. The apartment is 30 min away walking from the historical center, or there is a bus that you can take right at the corner (get your tickets in advance). All and all, we would 100% choose this place again as it is lovely and near to the historical center.

Super nice, well designed - the most modern apartment I have ever found during my entire Euro Trip. All the things were just more than nicer.

There is no lift. It took me lot of struggle to take all my luggage to 3 Rd floor.

Even better than the photos. Immaculate and modern. Has everything you need and lots of space. We wished we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend as a base for Florence.

location is in the quiet area, a few bus stops from the main train station, easy to find. Apartment is clean, has all needed amenities, bed is comfortable. Very nice host. There is coffee machine, juice and some crackers for breakfast.

no elevator, apartment is on the 3rd floor (starting from ground floor), some people might have difficulties to get up there, especially if heavy luggage.
