The only thing we didn't like was that the double bed was in fact two signel matteraces put together.

I would have liked breakfast choices to include croissants that were not sweet. The choices of bread products were all sweet except for slices to toast. Otherwise, the breakfast was fine.

I liked that it was a local hotel and that people actually lived in it. And that it served breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I am very glad that we stayed at this hotel when we came for a vacation. I liked the comfortable, clean room in the hotel. The room has everything you need, air conditioning, lots of towels. Always friendly staff. The location is extremely convenient, close to the sea and the city center! I recommend!!!

Everything was really great.

Nadia, the front desk personnel went above and beyond. When we needed to find an electronics store, she called around town, found what we needed and gave us contact info and directions to the store. We were amazed at her attention to detail the entire stay. The town itself had a marvelous feeling. It just had a fabulous vibe. The beach was great. Really nice people walking the family dog and children. Beautiful place. Great hotel. Beautiful breakfast.

The staff were all very helpful and welcoming. The breakfasts were excellent and we also ate our evening meal at the hotel and were very impressed, it was excellent and not too expensive. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Apparently, the check out is at 10:30am. We did not know, it is only at 10:15am that the staff informed us. It is written no where. Anyway, it is too early, I travel every week, it is the first time in my life that I hear a hotel with check out time at 10:30am. It is not acceptable. It stressed us, we did not plan to leave so early. If you are annoyed by customers and you don't want customers in your hotel, close the hotel and do another business. Check out time should be 12 like most of the hotels, 11am can be tolerated, but never 10:30am.

Sound insulation could be better but noise was not intrusive. We were lucky with car parking to find a space outside on the street but I guess it could be an issue.

we liked everything.

The hotel is old, however, it is very clean, the rooms are comfortable, excellent AC. when opening the window it is very sunny. the breakfast is good as well. there is free parking right under the hotel but you need to look for one. the location is superb! walking distance from the beach and supermarket that stays open till late! walking distance from the old city. other than that you can drive 15 min to reach Sestri Levante and around an hour or so to reach Rappallo or Monteresso!

Very good location near the seafront and the old centre of Lavagna. The hotel was accessible for someone with mobility problems and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too.
